  There is a new version of 9.2.1, which is only available through iTunes, not live. It addresses a possible problem with the phones that have been served by third parties.   You said that your HPSA said now that no update is available. This means that all updates have been made and that there is nothing to do right now. They could have just been stuck before.

  I have a mass spectrometer Applied Biosystems/AB Sciex Qtrap 2000 which used a card FOR Gbspecifications OR for communication.  The MS is very good, but when I try to acquire data, Analyst software gives an error "failed to acquire data.

  I just rebooted several times, reinstall the GPIB card, etc..   A clue I had was an error msg "the GPIB command resulted in an error EABO."    It seems that there is a time-out error.  I went in in the AB.

  diagnostic software and increases the timeout of 300 milliseconds to 1 and then 3 and even 10 dry but no dice.   I also have the "EABO error-operation abandoned" in diagnosis AB software if I send a command from the IBRD.

  Any suggestions?   Should I reinstall the gpib.sys file? Or should I go poking around with NI Spy and other goodies of NOR?  I can get a bit under the hood with the AB diagnostic software, but the main Analyst software give me nothing.

  I use the latest SW and SW HP on the web to install drivers for my 5610 all-in-One on my new Win PC Pro 8.1. I get the following error "Could not write value to key \Software." The message also told me to search for "Fatal Error" and "MSI. GPBaseService2 ".

  The drivers install fine, but the sweep SW is automatically uninstalled due to this error.

  I tried to run the SW as administrator, but that did not help. I also tried to turn off the anti-virus SW. When I try to install using the original CD it says that I don't have the correct version of the operating system.
