Software and everything works but the CC App show me progress or updates of the software.   1 first, I got the items PS 14 and 14 first installed on my computer. I installed the creative cloud with the Ps and Lr to try with trial. I've had internet problems and had to recover the system in the first part of Jan2016. I then had to reinstall the trial version of ch & Lr with creative cloud. This is when my problems began with the installation of creative cloud. I tried all the solutions I could tell with my installation problems, and nothing worked. I'm still in evaluation mode and am seriously thinking about buying the Ps and Lr combo for creative cloud, but would like to finish my first trial.

  Any help would be appreciated.
