Error message in the catalyst for business account

When trying to connect to my site to administer my web page through adobe business catalyst account this error message appears: ERROR: this site is not available because it no longer exists or has unpaid bills [3 ERROR]. My site is currently down because I can not connect to administer. I paid my subscription to your service each month.

Please give me the url of the site, plus you get to contact support by live chat team.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert a HTML .muse file and files on the server. As Muse can only read .muse file only option is to re-create the site referring to the live site you have.

    In the future but I advise you to keep a back up of your file to muse on a cloud as creative cloud server so that you can recover the files of Muse in the case of another accident or loss of data.

    I'm afraid that you can retrieve only the Site (HTML, JS, CSS) files, etc. active business catalyst but not the .muse file. There is also no way to convert these files into a .muse file.

    The problem seems to be the site of BC. I suggest you try to publish to a new site and see how it goes.

    Please follow the forum for the same 403 error problem

    This is because of two main reasons

    1. You go over the limit to add the shapes of the muse in the site.
    2. You are not allowed to publish the site from the address you are connected to the application (cloud Creative)

    If you can't find the resolution with the above forum thread, I will suggest you to please send me the link of Web site that you want to publish the file to muse.

    I'm in trouble and hope someone has a solutuion to my weird problem.

    Since the last update of Muse, I can post on my site for paid business catalyst.

    The error message always comes to overall publish progress 61% complete and is:

    "Error loading file .jpeg '... ». There was no response from the server. Check your network connection and try again. If the problem persists, try again later. »

    My network connection works well.

    I reduced the problem of image files. If I remove all JPEG files in my file of Muse, she published without problem.

    As mentioned, it is the bug is persistent. The Colombia-British team is entirely focused on this bug, but it is very difficult to completely solve. (Notes at the end about how you can help.)

    The error has nothing to do with the Muse.

    The error is very random. The most downloaded files as part of a publication, it is likely that you are to meet the dialog box "back."

    A very small number of persons (3) reported striking cases where clicking "resume" causes the dialog box "curriculum vitae" re - appear for the same exact file (and there are no special characters in the name of the file, which is a separate issue). To resume more hit once, if the dialog box is displayed, is sufficient for the publish operation ends.

    Workaround

    While it's very embarrassing, this error can be avoided by downloading on BC by using a client SFTP (for example Filezilla), rather than the integrated publishing feature. Once completed a large download via SFTP, operations publication for smaller sets of files will usually work without error (since the Muse will only publish the modified files).

    Use file > export as HTML... to export your site to a local folder. Then use Filezilla to download all the files and folders on BC.

    The credentials for SFTP to a site of busiinesscatalyst are:

    HostName: sftp://yoursite.businesscatalyst.com

    username: yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/youradobeid

    password: youradobeidpassword

    If your site uses forms, an additional step is required after the download via Filezilla. You need to make minor changes to every page that uses a form of Muse, and then publish to Muse. This will cause the Muse to publish and download only the pages with Forms. (If you don't do this step forms don't work, because the code generated when you do file > export as HTML... want to work only non - BC accommodation.)

    If you meet a case where the publication translates the dialog box "curriculum vitae" appearing on several occasions, we would like to work more closely with you.

    Join the beta program of Muse private http://museprerelease.com you can try the next major version, if you want, but this isn't why I need you to sign up for the beta program. I would like to join the beta program, so we can provide you with a special version of Muse 7 that will allow BC for additional information when an error occurs. I hope that this information will allow the team of British Colombia to the full isolate and fix this bug.

    Once you have joined the museprerelease.com forum, please post a thread message there explaining that you have met the Summary dialog box when the Muse 7 publishing and as soon as we have the special construction loan we'll let know you how/where to enter. Thank you.

    I have problems with the design of the tab.  When I saw there is a large grey vertical shade along the right side of the image. I think it must have something to do with the size of the property of the original page, but I'm following what is suggested.

    Also, the version of Tab comes up on my tab when I test it - it shows the version of office that does not fit.

    We can add a domain as internal (where BC will manage the dns, you can add all domain registrations side BC) or add us as external (where the external host manages all related records in the domain).

    If you added as internal domain can use BC names servers,.

    -Connection to the Godaddy account > DNS management

    -Delete existing name server records

    -Use BC nameservers

    ns1.worldsecuresystems.com

    ns2.worldsecuresystems.com

    Ns3.worldsecuresystems.com

    If you use external, then create a record from Godaddy using IP BC

    I recently made a few updates on a site I designed in Muse and tried to publish it again, only to be presented with this error message: (see below)

    It makes no sense, I'm connected, I reset my password, reconnected to Adobe CC, recorded in Adobe BC and updated to the latest version of Muse.

    I also tried to update my BC details in the preferences of Muse, but it seems that I can't change my login information in the Muse?

    You can try the following steps:

    Rename the OOBE.

    1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
    3. Rename the folder OOBE OOBE.old

    Uninstall creative Creative Cloud cloud help | Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app and then reinstall it after restarting your machine.

    I have an existing site, called www.design180.co.nz. But I designed a new site. I want to replace the old site with the new redesigned Ive Adobe in muse. The hosting company is the domain name, I'll need them to point the domain name to the business catalyst, where there will be the new site. Ive has 5 free accounts, so I will use one of them. This is where I am stuck... He points to "ns1.worldsecuresystems.com (54.236.190.129)" - primary DNS server.

    Currently, the site is set up as a trial in Muse design18002.businesscatalyst.com

    Hi there, I'm guessing that your reading the slot. That's right, if your score all traffic to your BC site you need to use these NS records.

    What you then do is enter in your admin site, site settings and manage areas. You need configure your domain in there.

    Once you do this, it may take up to 24 hours for a .com, but for. co.nz, it should take about an hour or two on propergate. Hide the different ISP dns so some may take longer, especially if someone shows NZ outdoors.
