Error message that your registry seetings were not copied correctly

I have been using Highway 2007 since 2007 with no problems until yesterday, September 23, 2013 when I tried to use it I got the error message that your registry settings for this application were not copied correctly. Rerun the installation program

I tried several times to put term up all without success.

Finally, I uninstalled the program and reinstalled from the original disk but still have the same error message.

You can uninstall a program from the control panel:

(a) press the Windows and X key to open a list of tasks from the lower left corner of the screen.

(b) select Control Panel.

(c) select programs and features.

(d) double-click the program you want to uninstall, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
