Upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate and highway 2010 receives the error: "your registry settings for this application no were not copied correctly."
I updated from XP Pro to Win7 Ultimate.
When I try to install Highway 2010 (that I had before) I get the following message
"Your registry settings for this application were not copied correctly. To correct these settings, run the installation of this application from the location where you originally installed it. »
I tried the suggestions without success. So what do I do to fix this?
I have found since that when I uninstall several files are missing, 41ce1.rbf & 41d81.rbf are later. It seems that highway will not properly work without their files (I guess here).
So where they are or how can I get the.
I get the same problems when I try to install Highway 2011 test, I don't buy the full program so the custom of trial run.
Now, I know the .rbf files are files of Roll-back.
Hello Lrchr,
Your question would be better addressed in the highway, streets and trips and MapPoint.
Click here for a link to repost in the forum of the highway. They will be better able to solve your problem here.
I hope this helps.

rigistery settings for this app were not copied correctly microsoft Highway and travel
At the opening of streets MS & travel 2011 I get this error "your registry settings for this application were not copied correctly. Run put in place againfor this application from the location where you installed worginally. "I did that 3 timees I deleted the program and reinstalled in 2 and still Lems the same error when I try to open the program.
... Your registry settings for this application were not copied correctly. Race againfor implemented this application from the location where you installed worginally...
You probably need to run the installer as administrator with elevated permissions to correctly make the necessary registry changes.Uninstall the program via the applet of Add / Remove Programs of the Control Panel then locate the installer from the disc or download and right click and select run as administrator. Acknowledge the UAC confirmation and provide credentials if required, proceed through the installation normally.Microsoft Streets & Trips should operate normally after completing the installation. -
I recently bought Microsoft Highway to put on a laptop that operartes Windows Vista premium. After loading when you try to use the software, it comes up with "your registry settings for this application were not copied correctly-..." Please reinstall
Any guidance would be appreciated
Thank you
You are welcome.
A word of warning:
I guess you knoe the potential dangers of do NOT turn UAC.
Suggest you turn back on UAC when you do not run the highway.
There is an opposite camp insisting UAC is 'nuisance, at best', but it's something else, unrelated to your problem. -

You can install streets and trips and highway 2010 on the same computer?
1. is it possible to install streets and trips 2010 and highway 2010 on the same computer?
2. don't they install as separate applications or both detailed maps are visible in the same application with the same characteristics, and they are available by simply scrolling between Europe and North America?
Waiting for the delivery of the two in the next few days.
Hi Kentana,
Yes, certanly you have both programs installed on the same computer. I currently have on my three laptop Microsoft mapping applications:streets & trips 2010, Highway 2010and MapPoint 2010. There is no conflict between them at all. Everyone settles in its own records. You can even have multiple versions of each on the same PC, for example you could keep an old streets & Trips 2009 on your netbook, install the new 2010 Street and remove the old 2009 a few weeks later after that you are satisfied with the performance of the new 2010.
Each program operates independently, and the European version will not show the data of the product in North America, and vice versa.
More information about these Microsoft mapping programs can be found at http://www.laptopgpsworld.com/microsoft-streets-trips/

Can I use these desktop computers with operating system existing in India? Can I use the opportunity for these OS upgrade to WIndows 10 of the India?
It should not be a problem. In fact you can be upgraded servers anywhere in the world of. Just because you are in a given country does not mean that you get the upgrade from there. Microsoft balance the load on their servers so if in your country is busy other countries will be used
Good luck

Have just upgraded to the new computer running windows 8.1 and downloaded CS6. Unable to download the raw files of Nikon D800, but may update the raw files from Canon G10. When I try to upgrade to ACR, I get the error message "Application Manager" damaged, download new application manager with the same result. CS6 came with ACR 7.0.0.308, which seems like it should treat the D800 raw files. How should I proceed?
update by downloading the files directly and then apply them:
