  I have the same problem as some previous posts.  However, I got my touchpad fully put in place.  I created my account web os, life was good.  I was having some problems with it and decided to do a full reset on it.

  This problem occurs if there is a firewall restrictions and URL Adobe and the ports are not in the whitelist.

  It should work with the server DNS of Vodaphone.  Set the laptop to get its IP & DNS addresses automatically, then make sure that the DHCP Client service is set to automatic startup.
