I have the same problem as some previous posts.  However, I got my touchpad fully put in place.  I created my account web os, life was good.  I was having some problems with it and decided to do a full reset on it.

Since the reset, he returned to the set up screen where I get my account information web os and I get the error not be able to connect.

I read some of the other posts where encryption firewall was the issue, so I disabled my firewall.  No luck.  I even tried on another wireless network.

I contacted the 'chat' support and they told me the same thing on the servers to be busy and to keep trying.  I tried for 2 days.

... help...
