I tried an automated solution that is available via the forums (exefix_cu.reg) and also a manual suggestion to change the registry, also available through the forum.

I also splashed by and purchased Regcure, who seems to have done no difference despite who claims to have removed 1500 odd errors. So I'll be request the refund on that one.

  • Explorer Windows error message: this file does not have a program associated with...

When I click on the Windows Explorer icon in the task bar, I get the error "this file has no program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel"

When I use the command line in the C:\Windows directory and enter EXPLORER. The properties of the taskbar show the ' target: "like '% windir%\explorer.exe' the" start in: "box is empty." even with the "" shortcut key: ", missing something?"

If it is there, where is this default programs control panel and what goes in?

    Bob K.

    Solved...

    After Googling the problem above, that I changed was the ' targe: "command '% windir%\explorer.exe' to ' % windir%\explorer.exe/n, / e, C:\" " »

I prefer to get to the top anyway.    You can use any file name you choose.    In fact the ' / '?  seems to be enough to bring up the initial default value.

  • Solved... I have a program with "Program too big to fit in memory" errors... works well with XP Pro.

The program is that 'Kies' downloaded Samsung download Samsung support site we...  I tried 2 versions and have downloaded many times... This isn't a corrupt executable.  Downloads and runs correctly in XP SP3.  In Windows 7, it will drop immediately with a message window back "program too big to fit in memory.

    Solved my problem.

I tried to download the installer with 3 different browsers... ie, firefox, chrome... even with the three results.  Tried to download with AV (bitdefender) disabled... same result.
Finally I aircrcrack setup of kies for my samsung tab, renamed the kies_ * .exe to kies_ * .zip, emailed the zip on my computer laptop windows 7, renamed the file to an exe, run the file... success!
Windows 7 (implementation network or security), (or maybe something in bitdefender), is clearing of the (probably the header) file during the download process.
  • 8 Windows media player says"files are too large to fit on a disk" when I try to burn a movie

When I try to burn my files utorrent movies, some of them have been able to burn, others would show a red x next to the titles that says that the file is too large to fit on a disc. Is it possible to solve this problem, do the smaller files, etc?

    Hi Rick,

    1. What is the format of the file you want to burn?

    2. What is the size of the movie file?

    3. What is the storage capacity of the disk?

    4. you try to burn on a CD or a DVD?

You cannot take more than 2 hours on a DVD FORMAT VIDEO unless you get a DVD double layer. If you burn a DATA DVD, make sure it's less than 4.3 GB for a single layer DVD and 8.5 GB for a double layer DVD. You can compress files, but the resolution will be less.

You can also use your search engine preferred to find software or applications to compress large files.

Sync to iphoto with Iphone hangs on during synchronization. In addition the google map can be charged when I click on the places of Mediathek. Error message: "this page has not loaded correctly Google Maps. See the JavaScript console for more technical details. »

Perhaps the reason for the problem of synchronization is the problem with the loading of google map?

Error message: "this page has not loaded correctly Google Maps. See the JavaScript console for more technical details. »

Apple has not renewed the contract with Google to access Google servers.

If the old version of iPhoto, which are still using Google's servers for the cards and places are either crashing or hanging.  Places are only work in iPhoto 9.5.1 or newer, who use places of Apple servers.

There is more support for iPhoto from Apple.  You must update iPhoto 9.5.1 with the Mavericks. It would work well, only it is no longer buying this update to Apple.

Perhaps the reason for the problem of synchronization is the problem with the loading of google map?

It is very likely.  If iPhoto work very well when you are offline, then your problems will be caused by the connection failed to Googles servers.
