  Oddly enough, whenever I click on 'save' in CS6, it opens a window "save under", (which shouldn't happen), then I click on save witht the existing file name (he said then the doc exist already), I click on OK, (and then on OK to the next popup window) do get the message "file not found".  I have to click on 'ok' and the document is not saved.  I tried to register differently in previous versions, and it still does not work.  I recorded a video of this behavior.   What is this error message that you receive? This would help a lot. From there, a person must be able to provide some additional troubleshooting steps.
