  Please delete the folders "tk1", 'tk2', 'tk3' and "tk4" found in:

  Mac: "~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0/Local Store" (copy and paste into the go > dialog go to the folder in the Finder)

  Windows: store "%appdata%/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0/Local" (copy and paste into a file Explorer window)

  In both cases above, include everything between the quotation marks (including the tilde ~ on Mac) in the copy/paste, but not the quotation marks themselves.

  Hi, met with an error message when opening 4 Lightroom using Windows 7 Pro 32-bit.

  The message says - error in reading the preview cache.

  Suggests may on reopening but no difficulty! Any help appreciated as impossible to use Lightroom!

  Your preview Cache is stored in the same folder as your catalog and has a name: [name of your catalog] Previews.LRDATA

  With Lightroom closed, rename this folder to a different name and strength of Lightroom to rebuild your previews when it opened. .

• Error message when opening and saving in Adobe Acrobat Pro ms

  Hi, whenever I open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I get this error message:

  "AcroCEF.exe - Application error.

  "The application could not start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application. »

  If I click on it several times, it disappears. If I try to save a file that I open, I get the error message and there is no evidence in the record window.

  It's a Windows 7 32-bit machine and the Acrobat DC 2015.009.20071 version, which is apparently the latest version.

  I tried a few solutions limited help, that I found online, but nothing seems to work.

  AcroCEF.exe call services in line with Acrobat. If you experience this problem even after unchecking the options of storage for opening & save a PDF file to the cloud and then try to reinstall the application after you have removed using Acrobat cleaning tool.

• Lightroom cc 2015 the trial gives error messages when opening

  Hey, I just installed the cc of Lightroom 2015 of the trial, but it does not open. It gives two error messages: 1) an internal error has occurred. (2) an error occurred when attempting to change modules. I went on various forums and support pages. Many of them say to rename the files or something like that, but I can't find these files on my mac. And there are so many suggestions that I don't know that one to listen to.

  This problem normally occurs when the files of Adobe to launch Lightroom do not have read/write permissions.

  Please follow this article changing the error modules and grant permissions to required files

  Here's a double thread Lightroom: "an error occurred when attempting to change modules."

  Now that you have gone though the resolution of the problems already

  You must make sure that Adobe files have read/write khakis.

  Follow the steps below to: -.

  • Go to ~/library/Application Support/Adobe = User Library directory [ not to be missed ~ symbol ]
  • Also, go to the folder /library/ Application Support / Adobe = system library
  • When you open GetInfo option for Adobe folder.
  • Make sure you click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in user account and Director of user account, if it is not added.

  Both must have read and write access to prevent these issues in the future.

  Important:

  • Once you added as currently logged on user account and administrator user accounts and provided access for reading and writing.
  • Make sure you click on the gear icon and select apply to closed.
  • Lock dialog box and close the Get Info .
  • So that all files present in the Adobe folder will have read and write access.

  I just installed Illustrator CS4 twice and still get this error. I'm under the it on a Dell with Windows XP SP3 745.

  When I open Illustrator I get the following error message

  "adobe illustrator cs4 operation cannot complete due to an unknown error [important]"

  tried to google, but can not see someone else having the same problem.

  Well, it hangs on menu police update, according to the start screen. ERGO, the most likely reason is that you have a 'bad' font on your system. Remove it and HAVE to be launched. And before ask you: Yes, remove all the fonts that are not system fonts. You can add them back step by step, later to find out who we caused the problem exactly.

  Could you please delete the Cache file for the preview which is located in the same folder as the catalog in Lightroom. The name of the cache an extract ends with Previews.LRDATA and should be deleted. Do not delete one with *. LRCAT extension.

I tried to open a PDF file in Acrobat and received the 147:20 error message saying that I could not open and I have to contact an IT admin, or call technical support. I called support and has been achieved here and don't know how I can get activated or re-install. I understand that this is an old version, but doesn't not Adobe just distribute CS4 for free anyway? Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Lydia, I believe it's your first post here, welcome to our community!

  You can try to repair Microsoft Word for this problem.  Here's how.

  1. Go to start > Control Panel.  Select programs and features.
  2. In the list, find Microsoft Office and highlight it.
  3. Choose change on the toolbar and then click "fix."

  

  Once finished, it will ask you to restart your computer.
