Windows Live Photo Gallery does not load.  Receive the message "WLXPhotoLibraryMain.dll cannot start.  "Error code: 0x800736b1" what should I do?

Fix Windows Live photos from Add/Remove programs or programs and features.  If this does not work, please proceed to uninstalling the app.  It was formerly no Ospreys wing, please proceed with the download and reinstall the application.  I hope that this information is beneficial.
