error messages from 631/651 with mobile broadband Sierra

Constantly disconnecting Sierra without my help and give me 631 and 651 error messages. Did not initially so I wonder if the automatic updates caused it. Sprint said there is a Microsoft problem but I installed all the updates and nothing's worked.

To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

    After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

    Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
