Error messages - VISTA

A. every time I restart my computer, I received two messages:
1 error loading C:\users\owners\appdata\local\temp\mlJBRKDu.dll
2 error loading C:\users\owners\appdata\local\temp\ljjhhHBR.dll

I just X, every time - don't know if it affects something but it is consistent.

B. in addition, I tried to install Quicken online backup and send a message:

"Online backup cannot update its value in the Windows registry.  Your connection profile must support access to the registry to be able to use the online backup.  Please run the Setup program by using the run as Administrator option.

What do this mean and what do I do?  Overall, my system works fine and I am able to use (MS Apps and Quicken)

It seems remnants entered an infection by the virus.

Type msconfig in the search on the Start Menu. Under the Startup tab, look for a
entry that includes the file name.

    !! 0xc012001d! Registry\Machine\Components\DriverData...

    Hello

    1. remember the number of the update you have installed?
    2. could you give us the exact error message?
    3. Once you get this error message? Are you able to boot to the desktop?

    Method 1.
Please check if you face the same problem when recording in safe mode. It is a possibility that one of the non-Microsoft application or driver is causing this issue. Start in safe mode and make sure that us. If you are able to start properly in safe mode, we can perform a clean boot in order to find the root cause.

    Step A.
    a. restart your computer.
    b. when the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information tap the F8 on your keyboard key repeatedly until you are presented with the screen Windows Vista Advanced Boot Options.
    c. using the arrow keys, select the desired option of Mode without failure.
    d. press the Enter key on your keyboard to start in safe mode of Windows Vista.
    e. when Windows starts, you will be at a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and the Windows Vista goes into safe mode.
    f. do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

Note: When the diagnosis is complete do not forget to reset the computer to a normal startup. Follow step 7 in the above article.

    Method 2.
Best thing you can do is to perform a system restore just before where the problem occurred.

  • Vista - error message: configuration of updates "step 3 of 3-57% full. Do not turn off your computer. »

    Vista Basic

As stated above I get this error message and can not do in SafeMode to rstore system dates back to an earlier era.

I did the system of tapping F8 and tried all offered options of safe mode, but it does not open in any safe mode, just this error message

I read a lot of forums and other people with a similar problem (but more than 2 years ago!) could be accessed in secure mode or had a Vista system drive which gave a repair option.

I have neither.  Even the "External recovery Media" disc only allows me to do save and restart.  During the reboot it just goes straight to the error message.

At the start, I have the option (via F2) for open System Utilities but couldn't see whatever it is in there that I thought might help.

  • Halo: Combat Evolved for PC works only on Windows Vista - Error Message "" unload the debugger, and then try again."

I'm having a problem running Halo: Combat Evolved on Windows Vista. I can insert the disc and install the game without problem. The problem is that when I try to launch the game, I get error message saying "" unload the debugger, and then try again." I tried to install some of Halo patches to see if that would fix the error (for example, 1.6 and 1.7), but when I try and open the patch .exe file I get an error message telling me to go to a microsoft Web site or try to update the game manually. In addition, I tried to contact Gearbox Software to see if they could help me, all they said was to contact Microsoft.

  • Vista 80070057 error message impossible to check the updates of the window

I recently installed Vista Home Basic Edition and then the facility, I was able to install an update from windows.  However, after installation was performed whenever I tried to use "check updates window, the error message came 80070057 disoriented

The only security program I have is the free version of Defender 9.  No other safety programs have been installed before or after installing Vista.

    Not good.  :(

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) won't fix this!

How TO do a clean install of Vista: See the section "If you want to reinstall Windows Vista by running a new installation... "of http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Installing-and-reinstalling-Windows-Vista#section_3

Once installed the clean, you will have the equivalent of a "new computer" in order to take care of everything on the page following before otherwise connect the machine to a network or the internet and before using a flash drive or the SD card that is not brand new, or has not been freshly formatted:

4 steps to help protect your new computer before going online
         http://www.Microsoft.com/security/pypc.aspx

NB: No matter what Norton or McAfee free trial which is preinstalled on the computer when you bought will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled. You MUST uninstall the trial for free and download/run the removal tool before installing updates, Windows Service Packs, or updates IE and before installing your new anti-virus application.

    Norton Removal Tool
         FTP://ftp.Symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

    McAfee Consumer product removal tool
         http://download.McAfee.com/Products/Licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

    1. download the removal tool, save it to your desktop.
    2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).
    3. click right on the file saved in #1 above, and then select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

If these procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, good reputation and stand-alone computer (that is, not BigBoxStoreUSA or Geek Squad) repair facility.

    Good luck!
