  The problem is the date is not valid for the specified month, my question is how do I solve this problem. This is a newly created database.
  
  I have only 2 jobs (some from dba_jobs) and there is no 8888.

  There were multiple causes for the same problem, namely:
  (1) no valid address according to the Vertex - resolution here would be to find the name of the alias of the city for the Zip code (Google, zip - codes.com, etc.) and use it. You should see the result immediately.

  (2) Texas or Forida addresses where there is no link - often we see that there are multiple records in vertex for the city, and it generates an error.   I hope someone can help me with this error, I was working on my indesign file and was test it locally, and then I went to download my file and I quickly install a new version of the Folio Panel I did, now, whenever I try to download my file I get this "ERROR: Invalid URL for Web content Overlay. I searched around and not come up with an answer. Not sure if this is a bug on the new update or what. I tried a few troubleshooting which is what I did. I copied my first page of my document on another file and tried to download a page and then I got the error but I deleted the images and just left a text box and then he transferred my file without any problem, strange huh.   I had this problem there are several versions. Others mentioned as well. In my case, recreating (do not copy other files!) the problem in the InDesign file page helped.
