Error starting IOM server: IO exception

Hello Experts,

When starting oim_server1, I get the following error

Running list server, but does not

FYI-in the weblogic administration console I see IOM server in running, but after goin to deployments in the oim_server1, I find that the IOM and IOM and OIM wsm psm metadata is in a failed State.

Database also works very well, no problems in the database right now.

Please suggest all steps as am a beginner.

Since you are not able to start the administration server, you can check the user name, where datasorce (OraSDPMDataSource) is created by passing by the following location in the file system:

\config\jdbc,there will be an XML with the name OraSDPMDataSource - jdbc.xml

total agree with Lakshman: JDK 1.6 is not supported with WLS 12.1.3. Please start your WebLogic with base JHR Version: 1.7 or 1.8

SE PermSize: Memorry error starting managed server
Dear all,
I have installed SOA 11.1.1.3 version on my PC (running windows XP sp2, 4 GB of Ram). Installtion is filled sucesfully. I started weblogic Admin server and Server Manager. Admin Server is started successfully. "" But server manager does not start, and in the newspapers, it is shwoing as Momery "PermSize: Cache.

So can you please someone help me to solve this problems.

You can start the server like this: startManagedServer.cmd

If you have set the JAVA_VENDOR as Oracle, then you should have installed JRockit. Otherwise it will fail to start.

During the installation of PeopleSoft: error starting app server
Installation of PeopleSoft PT8.53 and HCM9.2 for the first time. I'm trying to get a demonstration database and application up and running for the purpose of development. The database and the BONES are MS SQL Server 2008 R2 (64-bit).

I was going through the installation guide and just set up the application server domain. When I try to start it, I get the following:

I use the login ID that I used in my DB configuration to configure the application server domain. I am also able to connect to engine data, application, etc. in bootstrap mode designer so I don't know what the problem with the connection. Any help would be appreciated!
The appserv needs a user ID of PeopleSoft that is in fact the database to use.
It is simplified to explain the basic concept of how these accounts work and don't know a lot of details
1 appserver process connects to the database as people (connectid) * this user has access to only 3 tables
2 check that the appserver UserId is valid and password is correct to PSOPRDEFN
3. then remove the accessid PSACCESSPRFL
4. the process appserver reconnects as user accessid.
5. it does everything else it takes

Try changing your appserver configuration so the username is PSAPPS
If you know the password (it prompted for it when you generated the database), you can set it.
If you also know you said it unlock all accounts, and then modify the config file is all you need to do
Change it and try again.
You can also probably use your opening a user session with the designer of the app with good in a real situation, I can't recommend wanting to fix something.

If you do not have the info,
run the following in Data Mover.

The IOM Server error message
We try to start the server from the IOM and it crashes with the following error message. It worked very well so far and we are not sure of what is casuing it. Any help anyone?

Menu--> programs start services using the "Start Stop & BI Services" from the windows and then the administrator of the server has been started & we are able to access the url to BI average while we try to start and stop.

Hi all

It worked after you run the java command in the Security directory. When setDomain.sh term, it redirects to DOMAIN_HOME. From there, go to the directory of securities and run the java command to reset the password.

Looks like there is an extra character added - did copy you + paste the Xmx value in scripts?

Somehow your credentials are corrupted. Two possible solution:

(1) open your folder, system11.1.1.xxxx open the DefaultDomain\servers\DefaultServer\security folder and edit the boot.properties file. Delete the part '(AES)... ". «"after the username and password and write the new example of username = weblogic", password = "Welcome1" Save the file and try to restart the integrated server. Once the server starts the entries are encoded again.

(2) If 1) doesn't work, remove all of the DefaultDomain file and create a new instance of WLS in jdev.
