  Recently, my computer has problems, I had to install Windows7 instead of Windows Vista. I did a clean install of Dreamvers CS4. I was able to export all the sites from my old computer. But every time I try to open any file for editing I have this pop up error message:

  The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ASP.htm has information duplicated by another translator.

  Same error for ASP.Net.htm, ColdFusion.htm, Date.htm, FlashObject.htm, ICERegions.htm, JSP.htm, PHP_MySQL.htm, server model SSH.htm, Spry.htm, SpryWidget.htm, XSLT.htm and XSLTransform.htm

  I've seen several threads with similar error message, where translators were invalid, while mine are reproduced by another translator. But I tried the patch anyway.

  I tried to delete the WinFileCache and configuration files. Did not help. I also tried to create a new site and get all the files on the remote control. The same problem.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  I finally solved the problem. Have no idea how it happened, but I had double set of files in the main configuration file.

  The path is C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\AdobeDreamweaverCS4\configuration\Translators

  In this case, I had, for example 2 files: ASP.html and ASP (1) .html

  When I removed all the files (1), which has solved the problem.

  Hope that no one get this kind of problem, but the answer is here.

  Further discussion I tried to rename the configuration file.  This only prevented the application to load completely, so the name was changed back.

  2 weeks ago my MacBook Pro was working fine and I used it on the internet using an Ethernet cable for the 1st time. Then I had to travel and come back 2 days without it. When I tried to use it via my WiFi router, I realized that most of the sites are not loading on safari, chrome, firefox, etc. Only Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Apple.com, Google and Yahoo are working. When I try other websites I get messages such as;

  Firefox can't establish a connection to the server www.google.com.

  The site may be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

  If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

  This is probably a problem with Server DNS (Domain Name). If you enter anything in the DNS domains for your Wi - Fi configuration, it rolls too the parameters provided by your router.

  The best way to dig you out of ANY configuration problem, is to set up again from scratch, using:

  System Preferences > network > Wi - Fi > (help me) > (Assistant)...

  Be sure to specify a set of 'Place' new, mnemonic name, NOT the default. After answering questions, don't forget to click (apply) and close the window to have the changes take effect. Now, this set of parameters can be applied "all at once" when you're back at this place.

  When, in another location, create a new package from 'Rental' from scratch, so as not to crush those who work somewhere else.

• Adobe typekit javascript added in html, but the fonts are not loading/display on browser

  I have a set of fonts selected in adobe typekit, after that I used the code embedded in the html file, I still don't see the fonts displayed/shown in the browser. That's the fluidlayout working on a website using dremweaver.

  The "boilerplate.css" has his own fonts mentioned, but this has got something to do with the fonts using adobe typekit?

  To see a preview of the Typekit fonts locally, you should use a local test such as wamp, xampp or mamp server and configure it in your DW site definition.  See screenshot.

• Dreamwever cs5.5 cannot save or stick translators not loaded due to errors

  Yesterday, everything was fine. No change, no new installs what it is.  I have Windows7 64, DW CS5.5.  All of a sudden today many things is falling apart: cannot open a html page and register a sub - is no longer an option. Cannot copy then paste into a page - even simple HTML.  Must use the "Paste special" option  Biggest problem is each page I opened, even after installing the latest updates, reboot and the soft opening DW is this new popup alert: the following translators were not loaded due to errors: ColdFusion.htm: invalid configuration information tha tis a.  Date.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.  Spry.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

  Because it worked yesterday, the common solution I see is the old, uninstall and reinstall.  If this is the same disk, etc. Why that would help me?  Can someone point me to a more logical solution without blame code or anythign else?  I tried to create the easiest page in html with nothing between the head or the body - get always the same error.

  I have a problem. We have a website www.onlinerealgames.com which hosts the game developed by our company. Recently, we wanted to change the template. We test the new model in a subdomain of ours which is www.onlinerealgames.in.

  All right, except that the SWFs on the server are not loading. Instead, they show not responsible film. If I can directly access the swf file with the URL indicating the download option window.

  We have a separate database for both sites. Both have same sovereign wealth funds. If we change the source of .in in .com then sovereign wealth funds are to load properly (in the src of the embed tag property)

  Hello. I DW CS4 (Design premium group) on Mac OS 10 (10.5.8). When I open my program I get this message:

  SSI.htm model of server has configuration information that is invalid.
  XSLTransform.htm has configuration information that is invalid. »

  Reinstall the program help?

  Looks like you have renamed the incorrect configuration file.

  I've been googlin everywhere, but impossible to find a solution to my problem. I hope that one of you, qualified people can point me in the right direction :)

  I created a powerCLI script to take a snapshot of our most important servers before we do our weekly maintenance. The idea to run the script as regular powershell script and then have

  1. Add snap-ins powercli and connect to virtualcenter servers
  2. ask the VC servers to virtual machines in a perticular folder
  3. Loop foreach on these servers to create a snapshot with the name $snapshotname

  Currently, I just do it turn on a test folder that I created in vSphere that contains 3 test VMs:

  • Testmagne1 - normal operation
  • Testmagne2 - I renamed the folder for this virtual machine in the data store to generate an error.
  • testmagne3 - normal operation

  Since the servers (not the test servers, but good ones) is the most important servers in our environment, I want to be able to catch exceptions and errors when I run this script. I do this with the Try - Catch - Finally works.

  The strange thing is:

  The release of Powershell/PowerCLI is different from the output in VirtualCenter (!)

  In virtualcenter, the output is as follows

  • Testmagne1 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected
  • Testmagne2 - the snapshot creation fails because it cannot find the files .vmx - as expected
  • Testmagne3 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected

  However, the exit in powercli is slightly different:

  • Testmagne1 - snapshot is created successfully - as expected
  • Testmagne2 - creation of the snapshot fails because it cannot find the files .vmx - as expected
  • Testmagne3 - snapshot fails with the error message: operation is not valid due to the current state of the object - huh?

  
  

  Apparently once the first error is generated all succeeding VMs get error "the operation is not valid due to the current state of the object"

  Definition - ErrorAction Stop locally on the cmdlet will not solve the problem. We have found and solved the problem and the fix will be available in the next version. Until then, you can use the $error variable to detect whether the cmdlet was successful or not. You can clear the $error variable before calling the cmdlet and check if it's still empty after the call.

• ArraytoChannels error 'cannot be added because the channels of the target are not all the same length.

  After the end of my second day of test error, I put this question on the table:

  I use ArraytoChannels function to store ADO recordsets as strings. What is strange, is that for the first Recordset, it works; but for the next time through the loop, it always fails with the error message 'cannot be added because the channels of the target are not all the same length.

  I confirmed that:

  the RowData sizes and the ChannelNames are equal,

  both spend the isarray = true test,

  I change the order of the ChannelNames,.

  I have reconnected/disconnected from the oConnexion every time, nothing has changed.

  Another clue. If you check using DIAdem

  Microsoft Windows Script Debugger

  you are able to install the debugger in DIAdem.

  It would potentially have shown that the command does not work as expected.

• Additional licenses purchased in 2004, but they are not loaded on the server, and they can't find the hard copy of the licenses to load them in.

  Asked me to take over the COMPUTER Department of a small Christian school. They are running SBS 2003. They bought licences for additional client access in 2004, but they are not loaded to the server and they can't find the hard copy of the licenses to load them in. Also, they purhcased of XP Pro and Office 2003 licenses (I have the disks and keys to install but do not know how many licenses they own) and they are not either of the paper copy of these licenses. Is there a way to contact Microsoft to get the licenses? Any help would be appreciated.

  I just figured this out...

  I called the 1-866-230-0560 Option 3 Volume licenses and talked to someone who searched under the name of the school in order to locate licenses. It is even searched under our zip code and found other licenses that have been purchased by the school where the dealer abbreviated the name of the school.

  I hope that this is useful information to others in the same situation.

• Suggestions of YouTube are not loading. They are responsible for a second then it turns into a white empty box. I checked the aboutconfig and I was already true 2

  I'm 13.0.1 on windows 7 and I have adblock and download helper. Since the recent update for firefox, youtube suggestions that appear on the right side of the page does not load correctly. When the 1st page opens the suggestions is there, but a few seconds later late only a clear white box appears. I searched on google and found that I should check aboutconfig and change a setting to true. Well setting was already true so this isn't the question and I have not made any other changes. Firefox is a great product, and I've never had problems. I must say however that this youtube thing is pretty annoying. Any suggestions on how to fix?

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).
