  I bought my new HP Officejet 6700 Premium on February 1, 2013. I use a HP Pavilion dm4 laptop under Windows 7 Home Premium. The installation seems to give no problem. However I'm unable to set the default printer and have the error message 0 x 00000709. Excel, Adobe, Outlook does not allow me to print.

  I spoke to the HP printer Department February 1st and they sent me some software of diagnosis which I sent back. I called again on 6 February and was told my problem was always open and they were trying to reproduce the problem (it appears on the net without a patch work). It is now February 10, and I hope the good people of HP to recall with a solution soon. You try to run a small business with no printer is not ideal.

  I ran HP utility, installed uninstalled the driver etc etc etc.

  I seem to have fixed the problem by changing in the registry keys. If HP wants a donation to charity, I would be happy to provide it to them :-)

  I won't read the note at the moment but would surely say they told you to check the destination where the files are current. Did you do that? Raise a SR with OSS, to get their approval before doing something like what you try.   To configure your as IEPE accelerometer, you'll want to do go in LabVIEW, rather than trying to navigate to it in C:\Program Files (you will need a property node that cannot be easily navigated to - the other post on the forum where this has been mentioned talks about using DAQmxBase that uses screws to set this property rather than a property node).  I think that all the information you need is in This KB.  Let me know if you need help!
