  I suggest you to navigate to the location of the file in the error message and check if it doesn't matter what suspicious file is present.   After installing the patch PS2 for MS Office I can't edit the rtf models more.

  If you do not see the BI Publisher tab, then go to MS Word-> Word Options-> Add - ins-> manage-> select Add-ins Word and make so that the "Templatebuilder.dot", TBCrosstab.dot etc. are checked.

  I was looking around for a while after I posted here and further in the use of NI4882 manual, page 4-4, I found this:
