  I was wondering if anyone had experience forcing data load errors when loadrules is trying to push the nonleaf members data in an essbase cube.

  I obviously ETL level to prevent members to achieve State of charge which are no sheet of error handling, but I would however like the management of the additional errors (so not only fix the errors).

  ID much prefer errors to be rejected and shown in the log, rather than being crushed by aggregation in the background

  Have you tried to create a security filter for the user used by the load that allows only write at level 0 and not greater access?

  Hi - I am trying update Essbase using Desktop Hyperion. I get an error message that says:
  "errors".
  (1018,5): cannot assign to the data storage attribute specified member. Level zero dynamic members should have a form of associate membership. -2147218897 "
  
  I understand what means the error message but I'm having a hard time trying to locate this member. 1018 is a member in the planning, but it is not a dynamic member.

  You use HSP_UDF on all types of plan for this member?

  Apply after the patch 13904640 for EE 11.1.2.1 I can't connect with Essbase servers more. When I click on it I get the error message:

  Odiparams.bat sets the jar files to all the classpath, if called not properly then he may not have set the classpath appropriately.

  If you look in the bat file it uses % ODI_HOME % and if there is no environment variable for it, and then uses the previous directory, it also calls setpath to define another variable. Then maybe, he has not been called as it should.

  If you open the database server in the physical topology and click 'test connection', is it effective?

  If this isn't the case, you must set your connection details, maybe check that the tnsnames.ora is correct and that the network access is ok (including firewalls,...). You can try a tnsping on your database.

  I think that this could happen due to HARD drive failure if you get an error during reading of data from the HARD drive then the first device that should e tested is the HARD drive.

  If you n t want to buy a new disk only to run tests, then you could contact the mobile technician who could check the HARD disk and could eventually replace them.
