  I get error WindowsUpdate_800B0100.  Windows 7 x 64.  3 updates are not installed:

  KB2079403, KB982665 and KB982779

  I ran the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x 64-based systems (KB947821) [November 2010], but nothing has changed.  Also tried the commands dll C: Mike suggested, but that doesn't work anymore.

  get the error 800b0100, using Windows 7 ultimate x 64. latest updates were the System Update Readiness Tool (KB947821) and an update of definition for windows defender (KB915597). the last security update was KB975467 on 4/19/10.i have 7 updates that give the error 800b0100 code and an update which gives an error code of 8007065E. I have a newspaper checkSUR ready to be digested if someone will tell me how to put an attachment (or can make just a long post). I have installed avast! free here recently and it seems to have had no effect on this point, just create on spybot S & D today. Finally this is a clean install of windows 7.

  Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

  NB: No matter what Norton or McAfee free trial which is preinstalled on the computer when you bought will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled.   If you reside in any of these zones, you really do not need this update and can 'hide '. (None of the updates released on 24 Nov-09 have been updated for security.)

  To hide the update:

  1. stop the automatic updates service:

  Start > Right click on run , and then select run as administrator > services.msc (type) > [OK]
  Double-click automatic updates > click stop
  (Stopping the service will take a moment)

  2 remove the contents of the download folder:

  Start > Right click on run , and then select run as administrator >
  (type or copy/paste) %windir%\SoftwareDistribution > [OK]
  Open the download folder and delete its content
  Close the window.

  3 start | Control Panel | System maintenance and (if you use Classic view, skip this step). Windows Update: Select the installed updates: right click on the Update for Windows 7 (KB976098) | Click hide update | Confirm the prompt UAC (User Account Control), if any, & OK your way out.

  4. start the automatic updates service:

  Hello, try to install the two updates: KB974332 and KB974331, however, they don't always, and I get the message:

  Other updates work.  I tried to go to the Microsoft Download site, but it says every time I try to install the update is not applicable to my system.  I had a few random crashes here and there, as it seems to freeze if I launch Windows Live.

  Try to get itunes working to make a backup of my faulty iphone before repair.

  First-itunes does not start says error. I'm trying to fix it, who said success but same error when you try to start it.

  Then uninstall completely worked. Then reinstall that seemed to be over except for a message "an older version of Apple software update already exists" then he went down and install itunes apparently had not been completed.

  Hi, I searched some forums and found this script below which I modified. It works great except for a single statement:

  runScript If = 1 then number error -128 I want the script to do is, when a USB drive is mounted and is in the ignoredVolumes as "USB Untitled" I want the script to stop. What I can't understand is, runScript is set to 1, "Untitled USB" Monte, runScript is not changed, why don't the script stops with an error "user cancelled"? On the other hand, if a key USB Monte is not in the ignoredVolumes, runScript is set to 2 and copy the file I want it. What hurts? It's probably something that will be very obvious when I see the answer.
