Error with itunes (MSVCR80.dll) is missing
I am trying to open Itunes and it gives me this error (MSVCR80.dll is missing on your computer. I try to reinstall but same problem. So I then try to do a factory reset because I did not since obtaining the pc then why not make a fresh go. I click on the partition that has all this info in it and it won't allow me. When the pc was bought it had Vista on it, and later, I've upgraded to Windows 7. Dell support said: that is the question that prevents me to do a restore. I called Dell support and yes I know that my warranty was out but a little fix like this pious well on my side. If anyone knows how to solve the problem of itunes and I want to know how to get caught restoration support, would be great. Here is my pc Info

Original title: I am a computer newbie, could someone explain/direct me? Many thanks, Mark
Recently, I received an Apple update normal I-tunes. Have done a little before, never with a problem. This time, it seemed that everything was fine, then at the end (when expects a message "successfully installed", I received an error box with this: APS Daemon.exe - error system, the program cannot start because MSVCR80.dll is missing on your computer.) Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "Well, since nothing else seems to work (or helping) and my music files have been backed up, I uninstalled I-Tunes successfully, then attempted to re - install. I had to download the installation of Apple, which was very good. Once again, everything seemed to go smoothly, installation, etc. until it got to the point when he said "Marketing Services". Then, as before - everything stopped and jumped up to the exact same APS Daemon.exe - error box system (with the same message) referencing MSVCR80.dll once again, saying that it is missing and try to reinstall the program. From now on, I don't know exactly what that means (I know, I know) or if it's something someone like I could fix (or even try), or if I should just run down to my local computer store? Never had any problems with the Apple or Windows updates before this one.
Thank you to everyone how wants take a few minutes and help a person who has started working on computers far too late in life!Sincerely, mark HawkHello

Error with iTunes in Windows 10
So I have a strange problem.
What is happening is iTunes opens (perhaps more slowly than normal? Unconfirmed), but will enter a strange state. This will be repeated at random, sometimes when the program starts immediately, other times, a few minutes after. It also leaves this State at random, often after a few minutes, but only for a millisecond. Rarely, it will leave for a few minutes. The only way that seems reliable to enter this State is to plug in my iPhone. The only way to leave he must have the Task Manager kill the program, and then reopen it.
In this State, it will not meet order entries and seems to freeze, but Windows does not recognize it as an error of gel. It will also continue to play any song that was playing before its entry into the State, but not go to the next song, when it ends (it will be however if she leaves the State). If I am interested in another application, although in that State, I can hover over the iTunes toolbar icon and see the screen, but I can't go to iTunes.
I'm sure it's a question of iTunes, as all my other applications work fine. Reinstalling does not solve the problem but (restart the computer between uninstall and reinstall). I'm kind of at a loss because I have no idea how to solve this problem.
Details:
iTunes Version: 12.4.1.6
OS: Windows 10
Hardware: ASUS GL551
See excellent iTunes from turingtest2 for Windows troubleshooting guide at:

General advice for troubleshooting when iTunes is unable to properly install (and reinstall or repair it does not) are to remove not only iTunes, but ALL the components, restart, remove the target installation files and reinstall.

When the Sqlnet.ora file exist, managed application must ldap.ora file but is not using the tnsnames.ora file from the location specified in the ldap file. »
Here are the Sqlnet.ora content:

In conclusion, we are moving. However, on the side of the Oracle, it might be interesting to try to avoid a NullReferenceException in OracleInternal.Network.LDAP._LDAP (Hashtable dsMap).
Once again, thank you for the continuous dialog box!
