Errors in PDF

I'm trying to correct an error in a dynamic form.

I had need of a table cell shaded so I used the comments drawing tools to do this. Now, I get an error of accessibility.

Annotation is not woven into an element of structure of Annot. Tells me he thinks it's a link, but there is no link, nor has he a form field.

"fold-in" - you have added an annotation. Working from the structure tree / content page, you must identify the annot and add it to the tree structure with the appropriate tag and location.

Creating files - Word, InD, FM, that - Yes, better do it then use and adequate process of creating PDF that makes use of the tag proper management/creation.

Microsoft is ok. Adobe PDFMaker (used with Word files) is preferable. NetCentric and Callas had a pretty impressive software, but they may be more than many end users need.

So with the good work "up front" and the tag proper management used the output PDF will be well within the playing field of the accessible PDF (ISO 14289-1, PDF/UA-1).

Yes, there will be some post processing required (with Acrobat Pro or tools such as those available from some 3rd party providers).

However, as described/discussed in the Protocol of the Matterhorn, there are requirements that cannot be addressed by a competent "hot" body (you); Thus, post-processing is a given right.

Empty areas - often these come for the use of a carriage return (return key) to provide white space between paragraphs. This translates into one or more lines under the hood, declared as having a 'Style' or 'paragraph tag.

Tag Manager recognizes this and role such maps to the 'P' (paragraph) PDF / element tag).

The correct process is to configure the Style / tag paragraph in the authoring environment to use the above desired space / space below feature to provide appropriate spaces.

So, a 'back' at the end of the paragraph begins the paragraph following the defined number of points/po/Cicero. We get our desired white space and no Style designation wired to the space. Therefore no unwanted paragraph tag in the PDF file.

Be well...

I have problems when trying to print a document with a PDF (Bullzip PDF Printer) printer and also with Microsoft XPS Document Writer, but just at the moment where a specific software.
The thing is, this software allows you to print two options of the same document: project or public servant, so when you print the project, everything goes well, the problem comes when I try to print the official document, there when the following message appears: "error <429>-component ActiveX cannot create object '
I think that this problem started when I installed some PDF printers (I tried one suits me more), but now, after you have uninstalled them, I still have this problem.
I don't have a clue about where to start to fix this, so any help will be much appreciated, because I really need this document very soon.
    Thank you

    Hello Martinez,

Thank you for your reply, with regard to your questions:
    1. the software is called 'IGIC 420', it is developed by a regional government in Spain, very simple, really.
    2. it does not occur with other software, I've tried, in fact it only occurs with a specific software tool and not with other options.
I'll try to contact support (if at all).
    Thank you very much

UPDATE: I used an old trick mode, uninstall and install again, now it works. Thank you!

"Year error occurred while trying to access the service.

Please suggest how to solve this problem.

    Hi Sohail,

Please update the player to the last v 11.0.10 and then check. Also make sure that you're signed in with your Adobe ID in Reader.

Can you please also try to connect to the web url: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and check if you are able to convert the file or not.

Also, please check the following points:

    • In Reader, disconnect and then reconnect.
    • If you use a shared computer, make sure that there is no firewall/proxy setting preventing you to access the service
    • Make sure that the files you are trying to convert are within the limits of size of file for ExportPDF (100 MB).

It worked very well for you before?

    Kind regards

    I am out a poster 80 x 100 cm with only 2 files - I.

  • Error signature pdf document

    Hello

    I have a problem,

When I try to sign a small form with Adobe Reader X I get this error:

Unable to create this signature .

    unknown error
    Support information : CDSHandler -658

If I create a certificate signed automatically, that I have no problem.

I can't find more info in this forum.

    Any clue?

    Thank you.

    Hi garsan9785,

Thanks for the pointer to the electronic certificate from Comodo, it provided the path to the problem. First of all, it's a bug in Acrobat, and no, I don't know when the fix will be released. The good news is that there is a work around.

The reason that the signature does not get created is that when Acrobat is trying to create the appearance of the signature, it seeks the common name entry in the extension of the object on the left side of the field in the form of signature. With this certificate, because there is no common name entry in the extension of the object (there is only an email address) Acrobat gets triggered upward and abandons the signature process. Until this problem is solved here is the workaround:

    • Select it Edit > Preferences Menu item
    • Select Security in the Categories list box
    • Click the new button in the appearance group box
    • Type without a name in the title edit field
    • Deselect the name checkbox in the group box set
    • Click OK in the configure Signature appearance dialog
    • Click the OK button in the Preferences dialog box

The next time that you connect to a PDF file and access the dialog box to sign the Document select "No Name" in the menu drop-down appearance and you will be able to complete the signing process.

  • Generation error message PDF: cannot open the file for the generation of a frame (Version 7.2) PDF book

    Hello

I'm transforming a book in PDF and I get the error message unable to open a file (... < Filename > FM) and the dialog box unavailable fonts also appears. The tricky thing is that I converted the same book in PDF just a couple of days. Now, when I tried to do it again, I'm getting the above mentioned error message. I have tried if you deselect the file > Prefrences > General > remember checkbox missing fonts too. However, it did not help to generate the PDF file. I will be grateful if someone offers a workaround solution for this issue. Thanks in advance.

Usually, deselection Remember lack of fonts work.

The missing fonts message when you or FrameMaker opens the file. The solution is to open all the files in the book, or at least those with the "missing" font, clear the message for each file. Now print the book in PDF format, while keeping open files. It usually works because you already erased the messages of missing fonts.

  • Error CFCONTENT pdf

    Hello

I get an error when I open the generated pdf file by using the following CF code...

    < cfcontent type = "application/pdf" >
    < name cfheader = "Content-Disposition" value = "filename = test.pdf" >
    123

The error I get in Acrobat Reader reads as follows:

"Adobe Reader could not open test.pdf because it is not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, he was sent as an e-mail attachment and it has not been correctly decoded).

Please can someone explain why I get this error message. It works perfectly when I create dynamic documents of XLS.

    Thank you

    Concerning

    Delon

My guess is that your problem is due to the fact that your content (123) is not a postscript document valid, which is the format of PDF documents are written in.
