I want to stop this kind of message to reach the Inbox mailbox in our Organization. need advice.

Best regards

Alcides Miguel

Hello Alcides,

Areas with no valid sending emails through, there's a feature called "sender envelope DNS audit" where it will make a DNS reverse lookup on the part of the domain of the e-mail-and if there is no valid DNS record found, he rejects the attempt to mail - in. If this feature meets your needs, you can activate it in your GUI > political Mail > overview HAT > click the policy of flow of mail (ACCEPTED, etc.) that you want to enable it for. Scroll to the bottom and you will see the DNS of the envelope sender verification and activate it.

output would look like:

EHLO test
220 ironport.lab.com ESMTP
250 ironport.lab.com
250 8BITMIME
SIZE 250 20971520
mail from:[email protected] / * />
553 #5.1.8 domain of sender address [email protected] / * /> does not exist
^]

Otherwise if you want to delete the emails from a specific domain, you can run content filters to drop to the envelope sender if you do not want to accept e-mails from him.

Kind regards

Matthew

  • Why is the largest part of the URL, with the exception of the domain name, in cast iron? It is difficult to read. I would like to make the entire address in black police

    Screenshot of the behavior

Before that I've upgraded to Firefox 6.0, the URL was displayed in black text.

After the upgrade, it is now showing only the main domain name ( mozilla.com, for example) in the text in black, so that any additional text (like, https://support.) is grayed out.

It is very difficult to read this gray text on my monitor. I would like to make sure the full address is displayed in black text, but I couldn't find any type of configuration setting under Options to change that.

Please let me know if I can change the display of the URLS back to black.

This is a new feature in Firefox to highlight the domain in the URL bar. You can change a preference to do the full URL darkness.

    Change a preference:

    1. type of topic: config in the location/URL bar and press ENTER.
    2. If you see a warning, accept (promise to be careful)
    3. Filter: browser.urlbar.formatting.enabled
    4. in the lower panel, double click on this item to toggle the value false

I don't know if yes or no you must restart Firefox after doing the above to have the change take effect. Test, and if it does not, then restart Firefox and test again.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BB 8130 address book and Office Mgr. problems.

I have a BB 8130 with V. 4.5.0.66 software and use BB Desktop Manager V. 4.6. I have been using this combination for several weeks now.

A couple of days, I tried to access my address book and all of a sudden it says it's empty. If I try to use Desktop Manager, it never sees the phone even if my computer knows it's there as soon as I plug in the cable.

If I try to send a text I have to enter the number manually, but as soon as I do and it goes to the screen where I can enter the text, it shows the name of the person that I enter the number.

If I type a 'B' of the main homepage it evokes all the ads of 'B', and I can dial any number in the list of names and numbers. It's as if the info is there in the address book and yet it still says it's empty when I try to open the address book.

I pulled the battery 2 times or 3 and nothing changes when it starts up.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

On your BB, open the address book > Menu > filter and uncheck the boxes checked.

Now, check the address book again. A little luck?

  • Why each e-mail address is added to my address book and how can I turn it off?

I don't know what makes this debut. It just started as far as I can tell, but I can't find a way to turn it off so that it displays only email addresses that I have personally set up as contacts.

Go to Tools / Options / Composition / address and uncheck the "automatically add outgoing e-mail addresses to my:. _.
Then, remove all the unwanted extra that he added.

Or you can create a task list for your contacts and simply choose when, in the bood address.
Go to the address book, and then click new list. Give it the name of your choice. then drag and drop the contacts that you want in the new list.

  • EMail address added to < < my device name > > < < my device name > > now using < < my mailadress (identical to the Apple ID) > > for FaceTime and IMessage.

My iPod touch get now and then next alert message due to change on my iPhone.

EMail address added to < < my device name > > < < my device name > > now using < < my mailadress (identical to the Apple ID) > > for FaceTime and iMessage.

Why I get this message? iPhone is disabled due to my work offshore for two weeks, but the use of the iPod touch is allowed.

What is my apple ID used on other devices with the same name as my iPhone?

I would be happy if anyone has an explanation of why I feel this strange behavior.

When you connect to FaceTime or Messages on another device, another peripheral other device using this same ID will get the message that has been signed to. Some iOS (and OSX) update log for other devices will get the message when that happens.

You said "by reason of change on my iPhone"

What has changed on the iPhone?

  • can address bar and search bar be adjusted

I find the too narrow address bar. If it is adjustable, I hope someone can tell me how. Ditto for the search bar.

If the address bar and search bar are placed side by side with no other button between the two as it is by default, then you can place the mouse pointer between the two bars to see the mouse pointer change an icon resizer (move the mouse pointer slowly horizontally from the address bar to the search bar).
Note that you can move the search bar 'bar 3' Firefox menu button in the drop-down list to make more room for the address bar.

    • Right-click on the icon of the left end of the search bar search engine: go to the menu

  • Thunderbird adds "and < characters to my email addresses in my address book, and then failed to send them because they're unrecogniseable, how it stop?

"If I click on a contact in contact payne of a window of Scripture, it happens in the To: put as < ' joeblogs"@talktalk.com > for example. Even if in the address book, it is [email protected]. When I try to send the e-mail, he returned as the address unrecogniseable and is not sent. If I remove the < "" > characters by hand, it works. What I am doing wrong? Help, please!

It adds the <>because there is a space in the address which causes its nullity. For some reason that escapes me, it allows you to add faulty addresses for outgoing mail.

  • When you click on the name in the address book - email address looks different in the email address bar and can not be sent - why?

I've been using thunderbird for a few years - in the last month when I tried to send e-mails, I have a problem with some of them as part of the email address changed when I insert it ino the address bar and has quotes around the first part of the address before the @. I tried to remove the addresses and re - insert them but the same thing happens. If I go to the address bar and delete the commas that the email is sent - can I overcome this problem without having to enter each email? I send emails to many people and change each one who has the problem takes a lot of time. Not all e-mail addresses has this problem. Many thanks - Tim

    The space is not evident.

The most common and probable cause is you copy paste the email address.
This can very easily copy paste an empty space and empty spaces do not appear as an easily detected error. But this is the only scenario that I found which produces the question you had - incorrect address Contact framed by double quotes around part first - pre @ but the blue link is good.

It does not occur if you have an e-mail address is sent to you in an e-mail and you use the left click on the email address and select "add to address book".
It should not happen if hand typed unless an error is made.

  • I want that my second acc't of e-mail to have its own name in the address book and contacts list and to rename the address book

I don't want to mix the personal contacts with business contacts. I like a second tab addresses to show when I have my business address opened in 'inbox '.

The personal book and collected books are the books of two default cannot be deleted, and suggested DO NOT rename them.

When you select this option to add a contact to an address book by clicking the star next to the address it will add to the personal address book. You can click on the star again to open the dialog box modify and change to place the contact in the address book.

The collected book collects addresses for outgoing messages.

There is no function by default to collect addresses of incoming e-mail.

Just to keep the terminology straight, Thunderbird has address books and mailing lists.
You can create new address books in the address book window by selecting file-new-address book.

You can create mailing lists within address books to use for distribution groups. The contact must exist in the address book where the mailing list is created to be added to the list. You create a mailing list by clicking on the button new list.

  • Fixed ip address but no domain name

You can configure a server that is not intended to host a Web site, but only a few features such as sharing files, ftp, calendar, etc., with only a fixed IP address? If Yes, what is the simplest step by step through OS x.app for el Capitan?

The short answer is: Yes you can! However, do not use the local point in your full domain name as it is reserved for the Hello. I would also advice against the use of the private area of dot, but rather to get and use a registered domain space. The reasoning behind it: you may change your mind later, normally sooner rather than later!

Now for the nitty gritty: there are several excellent resources available on the net and in the App Store.

I will quote a couple for you:

http://krypted.com/guides/El-Capitan-Server/ by Charles Edge , who is also the author of a few very good books

I highly recommend the three books by Reid Bondonis available on the App Store for El Capitan. They are worth every penny.

Then there's the series of video tutorials by Todd Olthoff at http://www.toddolthoff.com/technology/ECS10.11.html

In addition, directly from Apple, you can and should https://help.apple.com/serverapp/mac/5.1/#/apd6015d9573 for a lot of information.

Finally, last but not least there are a multitude of resources available to Apple - Support - manuals

  • I TB 24.6.0 and I deleted the bar menu or a tool of my address book and I can not understand how to get it back.

I'm trying to understand how to efficiently copy a contact so I can add the contact information to an e-mail. While experiences I disabled the menu bar or the toolbar in my address book, and now I can't figure how to get it back. So we can say, I have two questions I would welcome suggestions:

    1. How can I get my menu/return tool bar in my address book?

    2. How can I effectively copy and paste contact information?

    Thank you
    Rowdy1

Sounds like a good plan. Version 31 and above all is a mess right now. I stay at v24.6 until they get the problems developed. Version 24.7 went out before v31, but I've never had one so I don't know anything abut it or what fixed it.

This is the page to previous version.
    http://FTP.Mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/Thunderbird/releases/
Find the version you want and click on that selection.
You want to select your operating system. Win32
    Then the language. EN-US
    Then, run the .exe file.

Your profile with all your emails and settings are separated although they should be performed when you install the older version. Make a backup is not a bad idea at any time, or just to be safe on the version change. I use Mozbackup. http://mozbackup.JasnaPaka.com/

Automatic update options are found in Tools-Options-update.
I usually set mine to ask first, but with the V31 disorder, I have disabled the option to control even. I want to assure you that I do not get this version for a while.

  • Lost my domain name and cannot use the old e-mail address to pass to the new email address,... help

my email address was on a domain that has been taken over by another person / company.
As a result, my email does not work and I can't receive emails about this address any longer. All emails do not reach the cross. How can I change my email address on my account in Mozilla?
Should I create a new account to Mozilla, and if so I lose all the data on my existing account?

    Specifically, "representing Mozilla?

As a general rule, your email address is used as your username for most, if not all of the subdomains of the Mozilla, so you'll need to create a new account for each subdomain that you are registered with who uses this old email address.

Now, if you are referring to an account of Firefox used for the synchronization service, untie all your devices that use Sync and create a new account in Firefox. Then "link" all of your devices to this new account, Firefox, using synchronization of the configuration on each device. You should not lose your data because when you reconnect to the synchronization using the new Firefox account, your data will be synchronized your different devices on the server synchronization across again.

    What is Firefox accounts?

  • TB c. 24.0: changed ISP. ~ new email in the settings of the server & Server outgoing & all address books and Contacts; TB still shows the old email ID for Fwd & Rply

TB c. 24.0, Win 7 Pro. Change of ISP. I use Outlook 2007; woman uses TB, same box. TB change username & email address in the settings of the server & outgoing server & default value. E-mail address changed in all address books and Contact lists. Now the TB still shows the old Correo electronico in < from > when reply or forward. It's confusing beneficiaries, who have sent their responses on a now non-existent account offshore. Check the Contacts Windows - empty. Check my Outlook 2007 - all Contacts changed appropriately. How do I kill this old TB e-mail address when it is not yet listed more - except when we try to reply or forward?

Thank you! I don't remember the old data (ports, password, etc.) to re-create the old account to my wife several months ago and with a different ISP - I had written all this down, but it was destroyed in a fire at home - but you put me on the right track. • How can I open a new tab and enter automatically in the address bar and not in the Firefox search engine?

When I open a new tab I see Google search smooth with large beautiful Firefox logo on the top center of research, and makes me automatically type in this research. Is there a way to automatically enter address bar when a new tab is opened? Just moved to Firefox and it's quite annoying.
    Thanks to all the advice.
    -Karl

Looks like you have set browser.newtab.url to Subject: House which opens the default home page in each new tab. The simplest thing to do is to reset this preference so that instead of the new tab page:

    1. Type of topic: config in the address bar and press ENTER.
    2. To ignore the warning, press the big button "I'll be careful, I promise!
    3. In the search box, paste browser.newtab.url
    4. In the search results, click browser.newtab.url , and then choose reset.

    Otherwise,.

    1. Custom installation tab.

    2. Open the modules (Ctrl + Shift + A Manager; Mac: Command + shift + A), then the Extensions category.
    3. Next to the new custom label, click on the Options button.
    4. The value of any page you want to open in each new tab (topic: newtab is the value default; about: home is the default home page) and make sure that "Focus in the URL bar" is not checked.
