Establishing objectives process helps

Hello

When an employee forgets to fulfill its purpose of process definition, then how it can start the process of setting!

I thought it was can we check allow it outside of these dates while the implementation of goal setting process. But what happens to everyone having their goals already!

How we can fix a date limit if allow dates are allowed outside of the period!

How can we cancel these activity only for employees who did not start their process!

If we publish this model again, and then would be notified to the employees who have accomplished their goal setting processes!

What would be the best way to achieve this scenario! Can we afford processes of setting objectives outdoors, the dates of the period? If we do, how we can restrict the process of establishing a perticular date goal!

If we repeat the new lens which would allow employees who have already achieved the objectives. But anyway he would go for approval to the Director! cause, it would be considered activity burdenfull for the Manager check and approve! Is there a way to limit this! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

This is an area that poses a lot of problems!

To allow people to set goals when they have exceeded the deadline, you must extend the goal define the period. But, you can do this only if the operational evaluation period is not open. So if you had objective setting on 01/01/09-28/02/09, then assessments of the 03/01/09-03/31/09, you can only reset the goal set the period from 31/03/09.

I would have thought that reset the score cards would boost the objective, definition of tasks for all, but the other rules where goal setting is to would also apply. For example, if the employee had set objectives and their transfer by the Manager, then that is the State again after that period is reopened.

However, there was a bug that is well documented in this topic. Rather than regurgitating details here, take a look at the MetaLink article * entitled 564305.1* change published Performance Management Plans and to extend the time for goal setting. He explains on a problem with the generation of collective assessment program that caused the objectives be lost!

Hope that helps, but you will find that there are so many variables involved in this process there may be many different answers to the question.

Good luck!

  • Copy of the background, no object. Help!

    Hello, newbie question total here, but I'm stumped. I'm learning the process for the Parallax for a video project. I've never worked with PS. When I saw, create a new layer and select an image, then right-click on the selection of the brand, is to create a background layer not the object.  Am I missing a key sequence?

    OK... sounds like you make a selection in a background image (defined by mobile dots?). From there on, skip the selection into a new layer with layer > New > layer by copying. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl J (Mac: Cmd-J). -What are you looking for?

  • Profile of the action: prepare data process help

    Hello

    I was working with prepare data process (in the action profile) to get the user name of the workspace. I did successfully.

    I have a lot of steps in my process in which task is attributed to many users over its lifetime. (Image below)

    process.jpg

    I got the history of users in the form which goes through the process. As below:

    User 1 (initiator):

    1.jpg

    User 2:

    2.jpg

    3 the user:

    3.jpg

    I do this by using the set operation after each user submitted the job (by assigning the respective current value of the user for the text fields). But it does not work. Maybe because I use the same process for preparing data for each user. Therefore hide the history (maybe XML data for form updates each time and old value XML are deleted) and only fill the current user details without touching the other virgins.

    I also used the temporary XML variable but still does not.

    Please tell me how!

    Thank you.

    -

    Afonso

    Yes, since the process of data prepare is of short duration, it will get the default value of the form variable (xmlPrepareData). That means the content of the form empty.

    The context of the task will be of the form data, whose use can be used in the process of preparing data.

    Here is the solution:

    Add a SetValue activity as the first element in the process of data preparation.

    Location: / process_data/xmlPrepareData

    Expression: /process_data/taskContext/object/@inputDocument

    Hope it should work. Or you can send the LCA to [email protected]

  • values of the Spooky object! Help me im lost and stupid and then some... (not for the faint of heart)

    LS,

    This includes the code and some traces of output.

    I tried this for 2 days and it me stupifies.

    I'll elaborate:

    There is a game object, is an object of dictionary containing a screen/name of the index tile_x_y tile

    So I can look it up using x and y coords.

    Contains the object lost things, but in this particular case: x, y, width, height, xtile, ytile (explicit I guess) & xmove(1), ymove (-1.0.1 according to the)

    direction.)

    So, now that these objects move around the screen (Yes it's just a game) and check if they hit the limits of the screen and if they try to pass on the tiles that are busy/no

    traversable.

    It goes very well for most but sometimes objects, or for some objects (no idea why and it changes when you restart), halfway to check limits, internal object x and y

    values go ballistic and I find myself with a reference to the Dictionary object error because tile 30 280 just does not exist.

    What happens is the following (in pseudocode, the actual code is shown below):

    For each object

    Testbounds (Object)

    end for

    Testbounds

    If diry = - 1 (high)

    If (checkbounds (up) == possible)

    change ob.x and ob.y //move coord

    on the other

    If (not possible at all)

    move to the edge of where it can go on the same tiles

    change ob.x, ob.y coord

    on the other

    move a bit in the other possible meanings

    change ob.x, ob.y

    end if

    end if

    end if

    ...

    ... make for y dir = 1, x = 1, x =-1

    ..

    convert new ob.x and ob.y to put the coords / / = divide x and y values by tilesize

    .. Search tile_x_y and see what it is

    BOOOM!     This is where the error occurs because half the x checkbounds and there, or value gets to large, by a factor of 10 if I read the traced output

    But why?

    theres no manipulation on the object in the testbounds function which could cause what I can say.

    But it's far enough because it happens

    Note: if I change the height value object and the width to a value less as divide by 4, that doesn't happen? then only the graphics overlap the not traversable

    graphic on-screen mc because effective width and height are 4 times bigger. Sorta, it spoils everything.

    So here is the plotted output (that's a lot, but I was sick of not finding the bug)

    I first cut out the part where he's going, enter the code that his execution at this time

    Below I have will all stick out of traces and more still of the surrounding code.

    In addition, given that you've read this far, thank you very much, you have my respect and grattitude.

    It seems that something is wrong in the calculation... sometimes.

    Calculation, I discovered that the real end result is exactly the same as the previous x & values y

    If the whole line can be deleted. Solve the problem and save time cpu.

    Question remains how this error is possible.

    I'll repost ultra format short.

  • Strings and objects please help!

    Hey, I've been struggling with this for a while now, he ido my best to explain what Im trying to achieve here.

    My Code

    var currentVar:String;

    var currentObj:Object / / = new Object;

    var objArray:Array = new Array();

    var varArray:Array = new Array();

    {

    currentObj = new Object

    currentObj.name = 'holder' + i;

    objArray.push (currentObj);

    test2();

    }

    }

    function test2 (): void

  • Cannot select the object.  Help, please!

    There is something in my publication that I can't select.  Its not on the master page and nothing on the page is locked.  Is there a single layer in the document.  Any suggestions?

    OK, that's what I thought...

    You have different masters applied on both pages, but because this rectangle is covering the spread master it also extends on the document pages, so now you have one of each of the two masters (and they seem to be in different positions, different sizes or something). Kill the span and it should fix itself (using a unique fram on each half of the master instead of one that crosses).

    But it would be even better to completely eliminate that frame and make the filling on the chassis of white and transparent page number...

  • Get a string from an iterator object. Help

    Hello community,

    I have this code fragment in my application and it complains about this line:

    strGUID = (String) it.next ();

    I'm trying to get the string that I'm pulling in the loop so I can handle. The funny thing is that I am able to print the entire string like this:

    out.println (attrName + "=" + it.next () + "< br >");

    But I wan to store this string in a variable, and I can't. The code is below. I have bolded two statements that I try to use to store the string in a variable, and it does not work. Advice please?

    If (uploading! = null) {}
    out.println ("< tr >");
    out.println ("< td valign = top > < attributes b >: < /b > < table >");
    Iterator iter = attrs.keySet () .iterator ();
    out.println ("< td >");
    String strguid = ""; " *
    While (iter.hasNext ()) {}
    String attrName = (String) iter.next ();
    Set attrVals = attrs.get (attrName) (HashSet);
    If ((attrVals! = null) & &! attrVals.isEmpty ()) {}
    Iterator it = attrVals.iterator ();
    While (it.hasNext ()) {}
    out.println (attrName + "=" + it.next () + "< br >");
    * strguid = (String) it.next (); *
    }
    }
    }

    Strange that it fixes the problem now, but when you "which tried" above it did not work.

  • CheckBox object Formcalc help

    I have a form with formulas. I'm trying to figure out how to write the formula when a person chooses the box.

    I have three check boxes

    1 maintains the number and moves to the position correct iin

    2. multiply the number by 2

    3. multiply the number by 3

    However, I need to work or set to null, the value if the other two if selected.

    Essentially if you select the 2 you cannot select 1 or 3

    Hope I was understandable.

    Thank you

    Hello

    You can use radio buttons for thi s put your script on the click event of each radio button. See the example.

    If you want to use checkboxes, you can uncheck them if other selected.
