  What happens if you start a new conversation with Franny & Dad from the IOW computer do not try to "catch" the conversation

  Click on new message and put their names in there

  If this does not work - remove the wire from the Mac and try again

  I use Firefox to load the photos in my Picasa Albums. Two days when I tried to make a new album, Firefox repeatedly block Picassa. I checked in the Options box and my Picassa site was included to allow, but it will not. How can I fix this problem so I can use Picassa?

  The best solution is just to add... docs.google.com to allowed in compatibility mode.

  I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my computer.  I have NEVER had trouble opening a document from this location before.  All of a sudden, I wonder a PASSWORD.  I went and created a password, but it does NOT work when I try to open certain documents only three 3 in Player-all OTHER documents are open without asking for a password.   I tried to reset the password and tried again to open these particular documents.  They are still not open!

  Then I "chatted" with ADOBE and they me logged onto the Forum and told me to look for an answer I was ANable to automatically find...

  This isn't true at all. In fact, the specific problem of this user has been resolved when they discovered that someone has added a password security policy to their files. See: How to get and use a password that works to open several documents in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

  If you add the password to your files yourself and then forgotten, then there is nothing that can be done using Adobe software, however.

  This can be done with Adobe Reader but is not able to apply (or remove) a security strategy for PDF files.

  If Firefox detects that the places.sqlite database is corrupted then Firefox can create a new database file and import bookmarks from a JSON backup that does not contain the most recent bookmarks (a new JSON backup is created when you run Firefox for the first time on a day), then you may lose the bookmarks in such a case.

  You can check for problems with the database places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

  Upgrade, or -.

  Convert raw DNG images using the Adobe DNG Converter program free of charge your Sony raw images. Then import the DNG versions in Lightroom.

  "Adobe DNG Converter" is not part of Lightroom (or Photoshop), but a separate (standalone).

  You "run" program, select the folder of images from Sony, select a folder for the output DNG files.

  Hi, if missing the bookmarks toolbar, right-click in the bar tabs (but not on a tab) and tick/check bookmarks toolbar.

  If the Bookmarks button is missing, open the 3-bar menu > customize, customize and if you can see, simply drag a toolbar to the location of your choice, then exit to save. If the button is not there, try clicking on default settings. More here - controls customize Firefox, buttons, and toolbars.
