EX90 directory provisioning model
Hello everyone,
I just check the possibilities to provide endpoint as EX90.
We have the VCS Control and - Expressway and a TMS (via TMSPE). VCS-Highway I'm proxy SIP registrations. H.323 registrations are on VCS Expressway. I created two models, one with an internal configuration and the other with an external configuration and different users.
The only thing I changed on the external model is the address of the server SIP and H.323 Gatekeeper.
When the Government of EX90 internal LAN, the directory is now available.
But when I register of HomeOffice thanks to the internet, no directory is available. Registration with SIP and H.323 is ok, but no directory is displayed.
On MSDS, I already checked if the directory is available for both models. Because with Jabber/Movi, the directory is available in recordings transmitted by proxy, I had hope, it is also possible with endpoints. Am I wrong?

The reason is that it does not get synced with before TMS. Forcing full synchronization may also have then solved the problem.

Orders of TMS provisioning models w/Custom
I know that if you want to use custom commands to a model of TMS implementation you need to have in XML format.
How can I put in the command "systemtools rootsettings" in XML format? Otherwise said, we have 20 + systems and I'm trying to keep me from SSH in every single system, if I have to I will, but if I could put that in our model that normally push us when we get new systems, it will save a lot of time and help us greatly.

use: rootsettings [on/series/off/never/get]
Command to control the availability of the root user:
Get the current value
off root user is not available
never superuser disabled permanently
series [password] root user is available on the serial port only
root user [password] is available on all ports.

Hi Patrik,
It is not possible. 'systemtools' is not an accessible command through the API as xcommand or xconfiguration.
You can always write a script, but that is not so easy if you've never done before. part the more difficult it will be to insert the password automatically.

TMS C20 provisioning models.
Where can I get them?
Search through downloads, TMS and setting sections fast without success.
End points of the C series not configured as EX or MX.
They can be added to the TMS in the browser section and configured from there instead.

Jabber for iPad - model provisioning of TMS
First of all, I didn't know where to post this... in the Jabber for iPad or article of telepresence. So I thought as it comes to the TMS, I would put it here.
Where can we download the MSDS provisioning model for the new Jabber for the release of the iPad, trying to set it up for the video? It provides a link to where you can download the template, but there is no section for iPad. Documentation on setting up with the TMS and VCS is linked below, it's just as if we were video configuration Jabber for telepresence (Windows/MAC).

I have read the deployment of TMSPE and tried to find the TMS Provisioning model for new Movi 4.4 schema, however, I could not find anything of cisco.com.
Please help me where I can download the movi and schema of the model from the other end?

I've recently upgraded to 14.1 and tmspe. During the upgrade, I've migrated my entries inherited TMS in the new solution highlights. The transmission of data contained in 5 groups with the users in each group. When I log in MOVI as legacy user and find the directory entries, everything works as expected.
The problem I have is this - I created a new group and imported my Active Directory users. I can connect to MOVI as a user of Active Directory however when I try and search for users/end points in MOVI nothing appears.
I checked for the provisioning directory ticks next to all my other access control entries in the phone book.
All the world and ideas?

The first thing that comes to mind is the configuration information. If you have created a new group you also assigned to this group a provisioning model right? This model is different from other groups? Because other users directories work what is the difference between these users and the users AD?

Commissioning directory - deactivation of addresses non-findme to appear in search results
So I findme, and I have several devices to the title of each user.
Is it possible for the configuration directory to only return the alias findme for users in the form of [email protected] / * / instead of several entries in the format of [email protected] / * /?
I just want them to see (for example) [email protected] / * / when they are looking for my name.
They now see the mboscia.movi of findme alias, mboscia.ex90, mboscia.e20, mboscia.jabbertablet, etc etc.
Users complain that it is confusing and they do not want 1 million of choice, only 1.
Is this possible?

You can check the following option, import devices put into service, under the source directory provisioning > advanced settings. It is checked or unchecked?
If it is checked it will do exactly as it says and import the address of the device placed in service in the phone book, you'll want to uncheck this option.

Errors in the schema SQL TestStand 4.1.1
I am trying to create a new MSDE 2005 SQL Server database using the new schema of TestStand 4.1.1. I've used the SQL Server stored procedure to generate a .sql file, and then run this SQL file. I get several errors similar to the following:

Function to generate the SQL files from a schema does not always perfect SQL statements, but closer you get to where you need to be to try to create it from scratch. Have you thought to look at the default SQL files included with the product, specifically the file "SQL Server Create Stored Proc result Tables.sql" located in the directory "
\Components\Models\TestStandModels\Database?" It is a file that should work out of the box for the default schemas for SQL server and MSDE. Other SQL files for other schemas by default, and there are older SQL files for previous versions in the subdirectory 'previous patterns (2.x - 4.0). -
Windows XP Pro, HP 6988 printer.
Called to print Imitial page begins with a list of files:------.
Name of the file:Directory:
Model:
\Title, etc..
After printing, the item designated for printing actually prints. If multiple copies are requested, multiple account from the list of files are printed forst.
I reinstalled all the HP programs, contacted HP (no help at all) and am running out of ideas.
Also did a restore, all have failed to solve the problem.
Cannot find any driver or Windows registry problem or a printer.

What application you are printing from?
This occurs when printing from all applications (try to create and print something from Notepad, for example)?
Open Printers and faxes, right-click on the icon for your HP 6988 and select Properties
Click the Advanced tab and then click on the button "separator Page.
Remove any path/file that is located in the zone separator page and OK your way out -
Why a report I get attached to my documents when I print?

Whenever I have print a document, a sort of supplementary report is added to the end that includes the information below. I know I have changed a setting in error, but I just can't understand that one. Also, I think it's just as likely that the problem is not in the printer, but in the Word settings (2010). I looked here, too, however, and I just empty.

Printer through Microsoft problems. -Printer prints a details page after each page I print
I had problems with my printer, printing a message page after each page to print. Even if I prtint 5 pages in a row, there is a page after each copy that indicates: in the format below:

I had the Brother printer people help me and they say that it is the problem of Microsoft Software.
How can I get rid of this annoying and useless prolblem. It cost me tons of sheets of paper wasted with the information above on any paper that is printed?
The support of brother confirm that the version of your installed printer software is supported in IE9 (yet)?

Jabber for telepresence (MAC OS)
I was asked to rollouot the Jabber telepresence (MAC OS). I took all the Jabber for telepresence (Windows) However, I'm not familiar with the version of MAC OS.
I looked for MAC OS user's guide, however it does not show where to enter the settings for the internal and external parameters.
If someone has installed the version of MAC OS before and are there special models which must be addedd inot models in MSDS
If you are looking to create a preconfigured installation program, see here:
The settings are in the relevant plist, look for com.cisco.JabberVideo.plist located in Library\Preferences.
Parameters can also be added locally by the user; Open JabberVideo and click the key/screwdriver icon or choose JabberVideo then Preferences from the top Ribbon.
Otherwise, there is no model of special supply required for the Mac, the two Win version and Mac use the same provisioning models.

Is it possible to have a common library of ADF JHeadStart?
We have a project where we're going to have 6 different projects of the user interface. However, I would like to have a common user interface project where we can share our common VM models in all projects the user interface. Is this possible? If so, do you have any recommendations?
I really want to avoid having to copy a change of common model in 6 projects.

If you want to share all the projects UI Jhs models, you can simply change the 'Base Directory of models' application-level property. In this property, you can specify an absolute path or a path relative to the root of the project. You can also use...... to go down and back up the folder structure to achieve your UICommon project.

Creating a domain with the administration server on a remote computer

I do not understand how to create the following architecture:
physical machine #1: installation of weblogic server = > for the administration server
physical machine #2: installation of weblogic server + OSB = > for the osb server 1
physical machine #3: install the weblogic Server + OSB = > intended to be the server of the osb 2.
If I create my machine field #1 I don't see any options of the OSB in the product list (I tried to copy all the pots in the directory of models of the installation of the OSB on machine #2, but it doesn't seem to work) so I can't create a domain for my server osb.
If I create my #2 machine field, I see all the options of the OSB in the product list and I can create my domain but I can't make a pack / unpack the machine #1 because I have an error message so I don't know how do to transfer my domain name to the #1 the machine and then start the server administration here.
All of the documentation I find examples with adminserver running on the same physical computer as osb 1.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

You must install the same products on 3 servers for this to work.
It also means that you need an additional license for the #1 server, so that may be an expensive route for :-)
