  A Page element is the shortest way duration to store session state variables. Page items are usually (but not always) deleted when entering or exiting a page. They are usually used to store a value that changes most of the time that you enter a page. Page items are also usually mainly by the code on this page. This does not mean that the other pages cannot or will not use, but access from other pages must be controlled so that they are not reference an element of page of a different pages after the page cache has been cleared.

  Application parts are data that are changed or are intended to be viewed by several pages. Application parts are not deleted unless an end of session or a specific call to make them disappear.

  Preferences are data that are intended to be stored and retrieved to specific users for several sessions. Diary of an app and back in and the data is always available.

  That said, from your description of the problem, I suppose that the cache page 103 has been erased and erasing the page element values. I think you should use a part of the application of what you have posted.

  I take a picture and I have a problem - I need a maximum of 2000 anchor points, and I have about 11 k.

  Whatever the version, you should be able to:

  (1) select a red path and select > same > fill color,.

  (2) pathfinder > unit/add to shape area (you may need to press Alt/Option to get simple traces if yes, you will get a warning about it);

  (3) separate if you wish.

  Who should group all sets of overlapping paths of this color in unique paths, some of which may be composed of paths, with all the unnecessary layers and their Anchor Points removed.

  Edit: If you use British English in the first sentence, you can spell it without getting caught by the filter of the nanny.

• Question about the reports and data of rollups

  We followed in place that I need to create monthly reports. There is a custom agent that collects two key all measures that can be used to define a percentage of system availability. They check essentially two types of errors that may occur together or individually. I have not really used reports in Foglight but has spent a good amount of time to play with them today. The main problem/issue I have at this point is how to deal with the accumulation of data. Our retention policy performs three stacks of separate data in a month, how can you effectively report on these data rolled upward?

  Example: one of the agents simply return a 0 if the system is ok and 1 if it finds the error. In the end, we just need to know how many times that 1 has been returned in a month. How would one accomplish? If the sum is for example, 40 for a total of 4 hours is that it means that he met the 40 times error? The frequency of the agent is set to 60 seconds, so that would mean 40 minutes of time error...?

  The other control agent returns specific error codes and not a simple binary value. If the above example or the question is trivial I still don't know how to deal with this one...

  Most likely, you can use the value of the sum for the metric, just as you might have guessed.  Because the value is 0 or 1, the amount will be the total of the values for the time period.  There are also a number of samples, which should / could be higher because there might be 0.

  I am successfully able to get the value of the line while I'm hovering above the report (and P39_BLOCK is refreshing). But, in this case, the value is not set whenever it changes. My question is, if I need to use this value (say, put an another page element when P39_BLOCK is changed) without submitting the page, how is that possible?

  That's what bothers! In my first dynamic action, I have real action 'Execute JavaScript Code', which doesn't have a property "Page items to show.". And I need this code to retrieve values from the row of the report.

  On the right, you will have the option 'page elements to present' the dynamic JavaScript actions. Only the PL/SQL. And you do not need to handle things strictly the use of javascript. JavaScript is usually used to manipulate items on the page itself, not the things on the server/session). If you need to present before your PL/SQL block, you can either use AJAX call, or you can create a dynamic action of PL/SQL that runs before your JavaScript. Put this field in the 'submit' page elements and the block of code, just put null;

  Here's a sample in javascript, ajax call. It pushes three elements of the page in the session or in the scope where APEX can access their values. You can return values through AJAX if necessary also:

  To answer your last question, Yes, you can use the P39_BLOCK in your PL/SQL, how you demonstrated above, but you must submit in the 'page' referred to submit box, otherwise it uses the last value that has been submitted.

  What I'm not clear, is do you need really value before executing the PL/SQL or you just want your PL/SQL? If you just try to pass it in PL/SQL and then just use the dynamic action of PL/SQL and pass it by using the "elements of the page to present.   If you only need the value of front page because you will use in javascript, somewhere, then reference it with jQuery or js and then use AJAX to continue your treatment.

  A third way, you could do, is to create a dynamic action of PL/SQL that runs before the javascript code that is null; in the body of PL/SQL, but put the P39_BLOCK in the "elements of page to submit" box. Who will just send the page element, and then take action dynamic javascript. But, I don't know why you would do that since you can't have the value submitted for javascript to use.

  Hey Mini,

  To change the alignment on the fly, you need a change in your IR and javascript.

  First change the columns that you want to change the alignment for. Add the following code in The HTML Expression in the column formatting part. (Detail of the column)

  #HERE _THE_COLUMN_NAME#
  

  Then you can change the easy alignment for these areas with the following code

  $(".align_style").css("text-align","left")
  

  This can be in a DA, or just on the loading of the page.

• Storage and the call of the values in the table

  Hey people, I have a project of complex expressions whose ultimate goal is to place a large number of layers in a grid and then move each layer until a single point on the grid according to a number of factors animation.

  During the creation of this project, I find myself wanting to take advantage of a kind of function array, I'm used to some programming languages, but I don't know if it is available in AE or javascript.  In short, I'm used to a table where you could do the following (please ignore the syntax, that I realize that AE uses parentheses for a different purpose, which we will return in a moment):

  CREATE array (100)

  Array (1) = 4.5

  Array (2) = 6.2

  Array (3) = 1.2

  ... etc.  These values may be inserted into the 'picture' (which is really more a spreadsheet to a table AE as far as I can tell) arbitrarily and then called.  As in, you could add array (1) + array (2) and get 10.7.

  So in a sense, the difference between this function and an array of EI is there a "dependent" variable, whereas the EI table behaves like a matrix, where all values are independent.

  Please note that this is not a question about the creation of value in an expression that persist over time.  This array is created and called within an image.  I was just wondering if it is possible to create essentially a variable of type 'list '.

• Moving anchor points and the whole shape gets distorted to change the line weight

  I have a fairly simple drawing that I drew in a larger size, so I could be more specific with it, and now I want to reduce up to the finished size and thicken the line, but when I make the line thicker, my anchor points are moving and the whole drawing is distorted.

  Using Adobe Illustrator of 24 years, I never saw that happen. When I click on the "up" arrow in the stroke palette a lot of time to gradually increase the thickness of line, I can watch made anchor 'walk' around like my shape gets distorted.

  If I go to the place a numeric value for the thickness of line, it doesn't.

  However, if I use the scale tool to shrink the design down to the size of 10% or 20%, or whatever, with traits of the scale and effects UNCHECKED, yet once, move the anchor points and the drawing is distorted.

  It's all about a brand new installation of Illustrator CS 6 for Mac (although I use CS 6 for about 2 years now, my hardrive crashed this past weekend and I had to reinstall everything).

  I missed a little box somewhere that I never saw elsewhere that is what actually happen?

  Also, some of these objects in my drawing I cannot change the race less than 1 point thickness. If I choisis.5 ou.25 pt in the context menu, or even if I enter the numeric value, it jumps to 1 point. Other objects in the drawing are not.

  These objects in question are "rounded rectangle" forms I used the scissors tools to cut and then used the "join" command to put them as well as other forms that have been "scissored"as well."

  All forms of "Ellipse" and "Rounded Rectangle" that I have left intact do not exhibit this problem with stroke and distortion.

  You are being bitten by the Align-to - pixel grid. Select the entire document and go to the transformation Panel and turn off snap to Pixel - grid at the bottom of the Panel. Then go into the rollout (small triangle in the upper-right) and disable align objects on the pixel grid.

  If you see line 54 in the code, you will find the combined_bu_code is comes from a procedure and the value of BU is stored in prod. Table SEM_BACKLOG_LOG. I need to check, if the combined_bu_code came as PWR then insert as table BACKLOG_OTD_NEW POWER not as PWR.

• Demo: by passing the value of the point through 'Session invalid URL' does not

  I've created a demo for this problem on apex.oracle.com. All links point to applications created it so you can try it yourself.
  
  I have two requests:

  As you can see, I'm moving the value of MYPARAM to the SIGN in application - and that's my problem - the value passed to MYPARAM is always zero (click on the link above and try).
  
  APP_ID_REDIRECT indicates APEX to redirect this application after successful login. For purposes of testing the "Invalid session ID" is also passed to the sign in application.
  You can see (shown on the login page) as the invalid session ID and the ID of current session are different! I suspect that is the reason why the value of MYPARAM is not passed.
  
  So my question is: is there a way to convey the value of an element via the 'invalid URL Session?
  
  
  I know, there is a solution to this problem by offering users the URL directly to the sign in application (http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=47326:LOGIN:APP_ID_REDIRECT, MYPARAM:47324, 789). I ask this just out of curiosity.

  When the Session is not valid URL is parsed and ' redirect to ' there is no session state containing the item such as values for & MYPARAM. because it has not yet been the opportunity to set session state.

• Questions about serial port read and write at the same time

  Hi I create a user interface for the communication serial port, where there are essentially 2 front panels, where the user enters commands one and the other where the prints of UART is delivered.   (1) you can have only one session to a port. Several UART can handle full duplex so performance is not affected.  At flow rates of high data and large amounts of data, buffering and latencies of BONE can become a problem.

  (2) who told you that shift registers using too much memory? Shift registers are usually the best way to transfer data from one iteration to another. String concatenation inside a loop (registry to offset or not) causes the chain to develop and may require re-allocation of memory.  Your VI never clears the string so its cold length become very large.

  Generally, you do not have an active cursor on an indicator.  If you want to always display the most recently received characters and turn on the vertical scroll bar use a property node to keep scrolls to the bottom.  This can be annoying for users if they attempt to manually move the scroll bar and find that the program continues to move it back automatically.

  (3) if the user has changed the value in the chain of command, when he hits enter the modified value event fires.  Simply strike brace does not change the value and does not trigger the event.  Not control need to be erased, but the value that he has to change.  If you want to send the same command again, have a button send a command may be a better choice.

  (4) write is a case of the event.  It is not in parallel with anything.  The structure of the event do not monopolize resources.  The other loop will run while it waits.

  The event loop will not stop when you press the STOP button. Probably it wll take two command: change events of value after JUDGMENT before any loop stops.  Replace the Timeout event (which never expires) with a STOP: value change event and a real wire of this judgment to the Terminal endpoint.  Remove the local variable.  Make mechanical locking when released.

  There is a condition of the big race in this example. Even if you started VI async, you cannot be sure it has populated the Ref control when you try to question him later.

  In addition, the GetControlValue method requires that the front panel of your VI is present. This is generally true when running in LabVIEW.exe LabVIEW code, but if you build your own EXE then often the Application Builder will remove before panels of subVIs where it is not considered necessary.

I think you can do it without use of VITs. I think what you want to do is NOT to use the indicator 0 x 40 for reentrancy. That means this indicator is that you can simply open a VI reference and start several clones of her at the same time. This isn't what you're trying to do. You open several individual references you want to individually control via server of VI. To do this, try to change the indicator 0 x 40 with the indicator 0 x 08 standard for loading an instance of clone environment. I'm sure that I did successfully in your case. Note that I have the info I gave you was simply obtained by trial and error and read the help, so it could be inaccurate!

  I have trouble getting the right values when converting decimal floating-point string...

  I record my annotations (string values) in a BDF file format + and sometimes the recording device is a Dutchman, writes decimal wit separated a comma like this: 5 678, but sometimes they record in the USA and then I get 5,678

  Now I want to convert my string in decimal values floating (single) point is possible, that the converter accepts values and allways converted using the Dutch annotation with a comma?
