  Hi Popacatapetl,

  Based on what you described, it seems that you are repeatedly called a password of e-mail and every time that you put into it, it doesn't appear to demand. I'd be happy to help with some recommendations on this issue.

  Before you start, I would recommend that you export the mailbox associated with this account. This will allow you to keep a backup of your mailbox of the pop account.

  Export the mailboxes

  1. Select one or more mailboxes, then select BALL > export a mailbox.

  2. Select a folder or create a new folder, then click on choose.

     Mail export mailboxes as .mbox packages. If you have previously exported a mailbox, Mail does not replace the existing .mbox file; It creates a new file of .mbox, such as the 3.mbox of my mailbox.

  Once you have finished to export this data, I would recommend temporarily remove the account by following the steps listed here:

  Delete an account

  When you delete a mail e-mail account, messages from the account are deleted and are no longer available on your Mac. The copies of the messages remain on the mail server account and are still available (from webmail, for example).

  Important: If you are not sure if you want to keep the messages are still on the mail server, move or copy them to a mailbox stored on your Mac (the mailbox appears in the section on my Mac in the mail sidebar) before deleting the account in Mail.

  1. Choose Mail > Preferences, and click accounts.

  2. Select an account, then click on the button Delete .

  Once the account has been deleted, select E-mail > add an account, select an account type, and then enter your account information. Once you have added the account, a test to see if the problem has been resolved. You can also follow these steps to import the box mailbox that you exported previously:

  1. Choose file > import boxes mailbox.

  2. Select the e-mail application that you want to import the messages.

     If you import a box in the exported mail letters, or a folder (e.g. [email protected]) in the folder ~/Library/Mail/V2 on another Mac, choose Apple Mail.

  3. Follow the instructions that appear.

     • Make sure that the app you are importing from is active, as some of the options require it.

     • If you import messages from a Windows or UNIX computer, select 'Files to mbox format', then look for the folder that contains the files.

     • If the email application that you do spend is not listed, click Cancel. See the documentation for the other application know how to export messages in mbox format (can most e-mail applications). Then import the mbox files.

• Reorganize imported messages, if you wish.

  The messages are in a new mailbox, called Import in the Mail sidebar. You can drag folders and messages from the Inbox of import to new or existing mailboxes, then remove the box to import mailbox.

  I see that you have a problem with reset the user name and password on the built-in Web server.

  I see that you said that you tried to restore the network settings factory without success.

  Please make sure you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip.   The command you typed: application ACD reset admin password changes the password for the application of cda admin only.  This is the admin of WebGUI.

  To change the password for the CLI, try the following command:

  Enter the Configuration mode.
  Run the username password plain | hash role admin | user command

  If you want to change the password for server you must do it manually in the database.

  Reason

  The administrator password is the single password that is stored in the EDCPrincipalLocalAccountEntity database table.

  Solution

  To select the correct record, run this query:

  SELECT uidstring, password, salt
  OF adobe.edcprincipallocalaccountentity A, adobe.edcprincipaluserentity B
  WHERE A.refuserprincipalid = b.id AND b.uidstring = 'administrator ';

  The values in the password field and salt together form the password of the administrator account. On an installation of the example where the administrator account password was "password" the password field was defined as:

  This solution has been verified on a database of MySQL with LiveCycle ES 8.0.  The schema of database for later versions of LiveCycle ARE (8.2.1, 9, 10 etc.), and of other types (Oracle, SQL Server) databases may be different and may require changes to the SQL statements above.
