  I want to install the editor of Dragon speech on my computer.  One of the requirements is a sound card with 16 bit recording capability.   I can find no evidence that this is part of the package installed when the product was purchased new in may 2015.

  It turns out that I had more of a problem.  Corrupt drivers, 255 in many in my subnet mask, overly complex LAN, use server control... you get the idea.  So I just deleted all software, disassembled everything and more from scratch.  Now back to the top and work.

  You don't need system defragmentation tools.

  You can defragment from the hard drive, then right-click of your hard drive, properties, tools, defragment now.

  Of course, you must fix your missing tools too.
