  Thanks Khaled.  All this you said I already know.  What I don't know, is the name of the program and the location of the server time to update program.  If you have that I'll be able to schedule a task to update more than once a week.  Problem is my system clock is running fast 4-5 dry about an hour and requires that the software that I use the time to be specific to with in seconds so I would update to run every 5 minutes.

Use the slider to the right to access. It should be the 3rd window down. Use the slider on this window and go down to "synchronize the time".
