Excel columns appearing not

Hi all -

Recently, some Excel spreadsheets that I download mush information of several columns into one cell.

Here is a screenshot-

No idea why this is happening?  It was not used to and I can't seem to fix it.

I'm in the last whole on a 2 month old iMac.

Are copy you - paste the information contained in, or in numbers you go File > open in your menu?

If you are the copy - paste, make sure that you click on a cell numbers once before you command + v to paste.

If you do file > Open a .csv file (make sure it has the .csv extension) then it is possible that the file is in a format that gives hard numbers. If the choice of the download format choose comma separated and not delimited by tabs.

In this case, you can try this text to columns Automator Service (download Dropbox).

Double-click it to install it, give permission if necessary in system preferences > security & privacy.

To use just select cells with information all come on him in a column and with the selected cells in numbers > Service menu and choose the text columns. Meet the guests. Then, click a cell in the numbers once and type command-v to paste.  If you have chosen the right separator (you may need to try different) values should paste into several columns.

    You have activated the option "Remove columns" in Smart View?

    Smart View Ribbon, click Options > data Options.

    When you perform a SQL INSERT command, you create a new line. If you want to change an existing line, you must use the UPDATE command (i.e. UPDATE tablename SET column = value WHERE some_column = some_value). The some_column could be the unique ID of each line, date and time, etc.

    We received an Excel spreadsheet for tracking working hours. This Excel sheet works fine on all devices Microsoft with Office 2010-2016.

    I don't know why the computer does not show the printer offline, but I would be happy to provide help to try and get communicating them again!

    The first thing I would suggest is to power cycle all the devices.  Remove the power to the printer, shut down the computer and remove the power to the router.  Wait 20 seconds, then reconnect the router.  Wait for the lights on the router to return.

    Plug the printer in and turn on the computer.  Once all devices are back on, try printing again.

    If this does not work then I would recommend uninstalling the HP software.  Once the uninstall is complete, it would be wise to perform a cleanup of the computer disk. A disk cleanup will improve the performance of the computer and remove the temporary files that may cause problems during the installation of the software. Once disk cleanup you must restart the computer and reinstall the HP software.
