Try to replace in script line:
$vms = get-View - ViewType VirtualMachine
with:
$vms = get-View - ViewType VirtualMachine-property 'LayoutEx', 'Snapshot', 'Config.Hardware.Device', 'name '.
This will significantly reduce the size of the retrieved information.
If she continues to crash, as Windows 32-bit, that the size of the segment of memory is limited to 1.5 GB and if you still want to use this script on your environment try with 64-bit windows.

Custom Connect-VIServer System.OutOfMemoryException

I try to use PowerCLI on a remote server, using Enter-PSSession.
Here are the steps I take:
1 enter-PSSession < servername > - Credential < username >
2 add-PSSnapin - name:VMWare.VimAutomation.Core
3 connect-VIServer < VIServername >
Then, I get this error:

I hope that there are only a few space change of parameter or the memory that I can do to make it work.
I tried communication distance to 2 servers various and also tried PowerCLI 4.1.1 and 5.0.

While trying to install ACT! 2010 on my Windows XP SP3 computer, I get this error when the installation window says "Running System Check":

The installation fails and closes the Bill. I tried the troubleshooting tips on the site of ACT (uninstall all components SQL 2005 and Act and try to reinstall), but nothing works. Any ideas?

I am to convert the Microsoft Oracle for Oracle ODP.NET provider of my projects

Cannot be cast to type 'Oracle.DataAccess.Types.OracleDecimal' object type 'System.IConvertible '. Could not store < 145982 > in the RECEIPTID column. Type is Int64.
This error is poped up when my stored Proc has a return parameter. The return is a numeric data type in Oracle. I had no problem when using Oracle Provider from Microsoft.
Initially, I had my command setting insert the value
System.Data.OracleClient.OracleType.Number
for the column RECEIPTID; After ODP.NET, I converted to
Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OraclDbType.Double
Then the error throwed upward. Implement
Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleDbType.Int64
as suggested by the error, but nothing seems to prevent the error a way.
I am running using the OracleDataAdapter.

Reason for exception Capacity Planner system
I recently completed an assessment of the capacity of 55 physical servers. When I created the evaluation report, 47 55 systems were noted as 'System of Exceptions'. In the body of the report and the reason for all the 47 exceptions is "the system belongs to several groups. Can someone explain what indicates this meesage? It would seem, exceptions are being built not for reasons of performance, but for something configuration or procedure that might be corrected-enabling systems to include.
Sorry for the late post. I was working with mhillard on another assessment, so we discussed and corrected the exception error in server list by creating a ministerial group and added all the servers in this group, then their target in the screenplay and all systems were candidates for virtualization. You did good that there are several groups by IP subnets.

As the title suggests, how can I identify the date when the last system restore was used to roll back the pc?
I can remove all restore points. I've used twice now the beta off Defender & he assures me
the pc is clean Virgin.I have just got rid of a Trojan dropper & a Win 32/AmmyyAdmin. -(whatever it was!)
I now seem to have acquired Windows Powershell along the way, gawd knows where!
He was not here a few days ago and I don't have any idea where it is!
What is it and should I be worried?

I can create restore points and when updates are installed the system automatically creates a restore point. The problem is that I can't get the system to restore to a restore of these these points.

Are you able to restore system successfully on a different date, or that you get the same result? I looked through this thread and was curious to know why you want to perform a system restore? Having other issues in addition to what you have described?

I'm trying to recover Microsoft Keystore certificates and extract its key using SunMSCAPI in the jdk 1.6. It gives me an exception for invalid key when I try to wrap the symmetric key (what was once to perform AES encryption on data), using the RSA algorithm.

It seems that Cipher objects from the SunMSCAPI provider cannot accept class sun.security.rsa.RSAPublicKeyImpl RSA public keys and that the SunMSCAPI will accept only class sun.security.mscapi.RSAPrivateKey RSA private keys.
This came in another form a couple of years. It makes sense because the packaging/encryption with a public key does not represent a security problem (there no secret in cryptographic operations) once done outside MSCAPI can use any provider who has the ability , BUT unpacking/decryption must be done with the SunMSCAPI provider which it delegates to the MSCAPI.
My test code of work based on your code for implementation of this approach is:
