  You can not link the names of tables/columns using the clause Bind Variables (USING).

  You need to add to the dynamic SQL.

• Updates Windows will not download.

  I'm loading to the top of page update on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 x system and it shows that I have updated security to install windows. I had about 11, but some of them downloaded and installed correctly as Security Essentials definitions etc, however; the security updates are not download. It showed 0% about 3 days now.

  Is this a problem with the microsoft Server? I tried to download them directly from the site, but I had the same problem there. They will not download and install. I don't know how this has become a problem so I can't give the last update, I installed before that happens, but I can say that it's happened with other updates. Only once.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

• MS Update hangs whenever he starts; need help to reset/repair (XP - SP3)

  I'll note that I tried to bugs 'simple' as [Auto Update & BITS] reset, but nothing helped.  My guess is that there is a lock file somewhere (or similar signaling technique) confuses the utility to know where in the process it is / was stopped, but I don't know enough about how it works in order to reset it.

  Thanks Jaco.  I had a good overview of the updates that have been the cause of the problem.  Many of them related to security, so I checked my security software, and after execution of updates it y it has solved the problem - microsoft updates must have been clashing with updates of security in a way.

  I solved this with the help of my colleague, as the update worked for her and not for me. The difference was the locale, its system is set to English, while mine is set to German. This parameter is transferred by the ssh connection to the server and iDRAC DUP does not work with the German locale:

  IE is not uninstalled or reinstalled unless you have a version of Windows N/K/KN, these have been sold in Europe and Korea.  It is a component of Windows Basic.

  Check your edition of Windows in the Control Panel, System.  There K/N/KN after the name of the [Home premium etc] edition?

  If this is not the case then you have a standard version and you can unload or reload IE to

  Control Panel,

  View by - small icons

  Programs & features,

  Turn on or off Windows features

  Set / uncheck the box next to Internet Explore [for reload / unload],.

  It will make you then restart the computer for the change to take effect.

  How did you "Uninstall" IE?  It is possible that this Act has damaged the system.

  I have this resolved for now by running the system restore and have opened a support ticket with Team Viewer for them to consider.

  After that I reinstall Photoshop element 14 still in execution of updates, now of the problems of white veil.

• LabWindows/CVI 8.5.1 for Windows 7

  I LabWindows/CVI version 8.5.1 running on XP that I use to develop with a target operating system from XP.  Now with Microsoft no longer provides XP, new sales for our product will go on Windows 7.  I guess I could use virtual XP environment in Win7, but I'd rather build my application as a native application for Win7.  I searched the forum and found some answers in fragmentary, and based on these points, here's my question:

  I want to use the version 8.5.1 of LabWindows/CVI to develop an application for Windows 7.  I see where install the runtime newest (2009 SP1) should be on the target (Win7) machine, and everything should be good; in other words, the application developed on XP with CVI 8.5.1 machine must run under Win7 with upgrade TEN 2009 SP1.  Is this correct?

  Are there problems with the update of the RTE on the development computer?

  Basically I'm asking if there is a problem do the following:

  PC 1: software development, XP, LabWindows/CVI 8.5.1, engine of execution of update for SP1 RTE2009, NOR-DAQmx 9.2.1 installed

  PC 2: computer application, Windows 7, SP1 Runtime Engine RTE2009, NOR-DAQmx 9.2.1

  Given this configuration, would be my application developed on PC1 work natively on PC2?

  One option would be:

  You shouldn't have a problem of developing an application on a Windows XP computer to use on a Windows 7 computer. If you use the Windows SDK functions you may need to modify your code a little differences in BONE but other than that you should be ok as long as you take in the review on the connections.   I have a problem with outlook express 6 on XP SP3. The problem is that when emails are answered or forwarded, a part of the conversation text is enlarged to 100 pt. Its in the HTML of the email.

  The part that baffles me is only on one of the 4 computers each running the same version of the os and the version of outlook... each the same mail server download.

  Things I've tried:

  ID rather not reinstall outlook if I do not have too.

  Just to follow up.  I received several copies of these messages "pt 100" and they have two things in common.  One was that they were all sent to Outlook (not OE) and the second was that they all used AVG (version 10.0.1153) to scan messages.  What is clear from the HTML coding police was that it was originally installed to a 10.0 pt font size and the period had removed that changed the font size of the pt 100.

  If this isn't a matter of OE.  He had to with shippers using Outlook and the version of AVG to analyze their outgoing mail.  The message clearly leaves the sender with the composition intact, but somehow goes to the Outbox when the message is coded to send, the period sometimes (not all 10.0 pt fonts have been affected in one message) has stripped, in a case when it appeared several times just before the character line.

  The only thing OE users can do is either answer and change the font in the answer so its easier to read, or else read the message in plain text, and say their senders on the issue.
