• Club Photo credits possibly missing dollar?

  Hello:

  Maybe that I'm crazy, but I'm positive, I transferred my credits during the CPD and I thought I had left more credits. May that I used them, maybe I don't have. I don't see anything under my account that I have downloaded anything. I went back in my history of the internet, and saw the URL from when I migrated before the 15th. I tried to re - migrate, but of course it did not work. How will I know if I had remaining credits or if I downloaded something? My story of license is empty.

  

  If I'm crazy so I have no credits. I just don't remember, I was looking for a previous thought, I did. Hoping there is a way to know.

• Stock of credits disappeared

  Hello. I had a subscription for shares adobe with my creative cloud subscription. I had about 30-40 credits on my account. My account has been canceled because I was offline for a month after moving. I recently renewed my account, however, the credits are gone. Is it possible to recover these credits? There are about three months ' worth of photo credits here. I don't think I'm going to renew my account adobe stock anytime soon, as 30-40 will last me a while, but I would really like these back that I paid for them.

  If I cancel my subscription, can I use unused licenses in my account?

  # You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you lose all unused licenses during the cancellation of your membership.

• How much are the videos?

  I don't see a cost in dollars or credits on the videos. The only option I see is to download to the desktop which I assume that you will charge my photo credits.

  All videos are $79.99 and more.

• If I transfer my DollarPhotoClub to AdobeStock, will I have to pay $9.99?

  I have about 109 photo credits to the DPC.

  If I transferred to Stock, maybe I need to pay a subscription of $9.99?

  Or I can download them for free, as it had already been paid?

• Do I need to buy an additional license if I display on my site?

  I wonder what follows. I had a small commission to make a brochure for a client. I have a license of an image a bit more work and they got their work. All good and well, me think. Now, I want to display this image is to say the notice I designed (not only the stock photo) on my site in the frame a page that shows examples of my work.

• Slide show does not show images correctly! Why?

  Hi all

  Our Web site has been live for about a month and I never had this problem until I recently recorded new photos with photocredits at the bottom left or right. The problem is that when I write my site, the images I see in the slideshow in Muse appear the same in my browser (chrome). I always use Chrome, but I just opened our site to explore, and the images appear fine.

  Curiously, I re-recorded with photocredits other photos in the corners in another area of the site, and they are displayed correctly in Chrome. I save these two files in the same way and they are linked correctly in the active panel.

  What happens when you use Chrome, the images of my slide shows are being grown so they exclude my photocredits for some strange reason... and as I said, they appear and fit perfectly in the program of Muse.

  The pages of the two site to compare chrome project are:

  Now to view these pages in Explorer or Firefox, and you will see two pages with the photocredits correctly.  I know it's picky and in fact very strange, but if anyone else has had this problem with Chrome?

  The photo credits appear well in Chrome for me. You may need to clear the cache of your browser.

• Include rotation angle in a style?

  I do a lot of photo credits where a text box is rotated 90 degrees to the top of the photo, like this:

  

  In any case, is there a way to specify a style (character, paragraph, or object) which automatically turn the text 90 degrees box, so I can save this style? I think it takes an object style, but just miss me it.

• Postponement of metadata for web images in CS3

  I have a set of images for which I've set up a metadata template (photo credits, keywords, copyright, etc.). Once it is in place, if I resize in Photoshop and save for Web, data is lost. Is it possible that I can keep that metadata through different types of changes, etc. ?

  In the dialog box SFW PSCS3 use the trianlge next to the pre-defined menu and

  Choose include XMP.

  You might consider upgrading to CS4, inherent the SFW is automatically

  including metadata, but you can choose different options as only

  copyright or full of metadata

  Please disconnect from stock.adobe.com and connect again by using the same Adobe ID that you used when you migrated your image credits.  Migration was not made with the Adobe ID used to post on the forum to check other email addresses you use.

• I can't buy photos online, even though I credits

  I have 29 licenses that were transferred from the 'Dollar Photo Club' (I have been informed that I buy in order to download images).

  When I try to buy a picture, I get a notification that says: "licenses can be purchased online in your area...

  WHAT?

  What should I do? I'm from Israel and St is not available in my area. Then... I paid for these credits and all of a sudden I just can't use them.

  Am I missing something?

  29 licenses are available on your team account, so when you connect to stock.adobe.com Please select the account of the company rather than the personal account and you will be able to use your credits.

• Successfully transferred on behalf of the Dollar Photo Club (even uploaded a photo) but now my account and credits have completely disappeared. Help, please!

  I used to be a member to Dollar Stock photo ([deleted] user name), and I finished my transfer April 14 and was happy to get the special scheme. I even downloaded a picture of Adobe stock within the last two weeks. However, there is today no trace of my account (removed). I select password assistance, but never receive an e-mail from reset, and there is nothing in my spam folders or in bulk.

  I had about a dozen credits left, and I hope that my account does not exist here. Because I made sure to transfer my account before the deadline to receive the price of $9.99 / month. Can someone help me?

  Please ensure that connect you to stock.adobe.com using the Adobe ID (email address) that you used when transfer you your CPD credits and signed up for the plan of Adobe Stock.  It is not a subscription under the ID you used to post on the forum, and we do not have an account for the email registered in your feed address in order to check what other email addresses you may have used.

  Hello.  I made the migration of credit and account earlier.  I had a good amount of remaining credit and image downloads I bought of the DPC.  I can't find the credits or my purchases anywhere on your site.  If I try to buy a new Adobe photo, he continues to try to force me to pay a subscription.  I don't want to pay for a subscription.  I already paid for my credits and want to use them.  Help, please.  Thank you!

  We have heard from customers who thought that the migration succeeded, but are able to connect their CPD account and the unused portion of the credit is still there.

  If you want to take advantage of the promotional action plan, you will need to do during the transfer process.

  The system can recognize that you already had a plan of Stock and you stop to do that.  Will focus on this and let know you when resolved.
