  Yes, you might have to reduce the resolution.  Try checking "Resize to fit" and choose something like 300 x 300.

  I can confirm the issue, Sheena. Seems to be OK until it register you. It shows even correct in the libraries Panel, but as soon as you open the file it certainly does not come to the top with the same file. It; t happens once it is authorized. Before she was allowed it worked fine. You can see in the screenshot below the thumbnail in the library panel is correct but the image open in Illustrator is false.

  I wrote then that file with a color. (Mac > file > Tag)

  When I recorded this Illustrator file, the color tag is removed.

  What is happening with this?

  I never had this problem in the past with previous Illustrator and other Mac OS versions.

  I tested other applications.

  This ONLY happens when you save files Illustrator CC 2014.

• Problem trying to export in larger file size.

  I need to print a banner of a 20' x 8' for a show. Logo and text are export ready, but any size, I put the export size to, I seem to be limited to 2400 dpi and an image that is about 1.5 "tall. Now, I know that this translates into approximately a 24 "image at 150 dpi (or something like that happens to be). 100-150 ppi is fine, it's just a banner, but I have even greater need.

  What gives?

  I'm a bit new to Illustrator, use only a few times a year max.

  your print in the OP size is 1.5 "in height as you say. It's very small. not sure if your limit is the 2400 ppi or overall pixel size. all of the questions.

  anyway. PSD is too limited to a certain pixel size. an image can be so great, then you must use a different format. I know not the point break, which could be a problem too.

  Anyway, if simply trying to get into photoshop, a simple copy and paste will work. configure your file size you need in photoshop, then copy and paste your layout of the Illustrator. No exporter is necessary.

  You are mixing color profiles a-place, or document workspace does not match the destination to export space is incompatible.

  Please provide a copy of a report of chkdsk on your partition C. Select Start, all programs, accessories, right-click on command promptright-click and click run as administrator on the menu drop down. Type cd\ and press ENTER. Type "chkdsk c:" without the quotes and press ENTER. Make sure you include the spaces indicated. A report, stating, among other things, a summary of how disk space is used, is provided. If you want a report on a partition or one drive other than C, you need to go to this partition. To access F, where F is the required partition you type F: and press the ENTER key.

  Copies of the reports from a command prompt can be tricky. Right click and select mark. This allows to highlight the selected text, and then click on copy. You will then open Word, Notepad or similar file, right click and paste. The selected text transfers your Clipboard to open the file.   You can call this function without wiring to a path of the input file.  If this is the case, the function prompts the user for input file using a pop up dialog box.  If a file is selected and you press OK, it is the path of the file that is out of the function as the new path of the file.  If you press the button cancel instead of OK, the "not a path" constant is the new output file pathname.  If the function is called with a wired file path entry dialog box appears, the same path of file entry becomes the new output file path.

  To my knowledge there is not anyway, unless start you numbering at 500 the number. It is an option in the export dialog window.
