  The requirement is to automate access to a new user. The pain is now that I need to go to the SSP, open each group and add the user to all groups. So if I know how to export a single user (this is a domain user is not a native user) and all its access and import back by changing the user name. This export and import I can avoid all the manual steps.

  Of course, you can do your own input file but just making it easier to understand the format, if you first export.

• Can not update exchange rate Type in the Planning Application

  I have a planning multi-currency application that I have synced from our shared Liabrary. I created arrays of currency in our scenarios (Budget rates & real) and entered the end & avearge rate (also deployed the application). However when I run the script of coversion of default currency I don't see the number of converts, but I get the same numbers in the converted currency (which means that the data is copied by other currencies scripts, but are not converted). The shared library shows the Type of exchange rate for the account dimension members, however in the application, I see the disabled Exchange rate Type (watch 'None') field. According to me, the problem of currency conversion is maybe not definition of the Type of exchange rate.
  
  Please help and sugget how to activate (select end/medium) type exchange rate... to members of my account.

• The currency exchange rate table

  How do I configure users to be able to only read the exchange rate table in the planning or Smartview? SmartView the intersection is at the highest level for all formats except the year, the period and the scenario. Or only the administrator will be able to see the exchange rate?   I donno how easy it is, but just a thought, create a form with a model member of all dimensions, except the scenario and the period...
  have a script that will copy the values of the dummy members for the dimension intersections of storage rates and execution level members to save the form.

• Planning 9.3.1 Exchange rate table

  Hi gurus,
  
  I have created table exchange rates and attached to the scenario planning 9.3.1 and I am able to run successful business rules. the consolidation at the level of the parents and Local to my base currency passes except the currency conversion. I checked in the planning of log file, this is the error I get, but I'm not able to find that is not the table exists. I thought because of this currency conversion does not occur. Has anyone in front of it? Please help me.

• expdp + query option to export from several tables with the same condition

  We want to export a subset of data only from databases to another. Both on AIX.
  
  Source/testdatabase 11.2.0.3 (non partitioned tables)
  Target productiion 11.2.0.3 database (separate tables)
  
  Tables of same names of columns but diffrenet structures a partitioning index and traget so only want to import content

  Yes, it will work for all tables, but ensure that all exported table must include this column.

• Table error decimal exchange rate

  Dear all,
  
  In my traditional application of multi currency I created the exchange rates table in this euro 1 Madagascar Ariary value is 0.000358720; but when I enter this value changes the table shows "- 3.59E - 4.
  
  It affects the value of application conversion when I see the currency consolidated in euros. Pls send the solution to address the problems.

  The only difference is that the patch corrects problems with 11.1.1.3, so if you encounter one of the problems the fix addresses then it should apply.

  Guys, I have configured the financial analytics and wonder where the exchange rates are taken from? Lets say my Currency1 Global amounts to EUROS and I have data (document or local) in USD.
  
  Where it picks up the exchange rate between two currencies for this period (month, week, day) when I want to see everything by 1 world currency?

  I use several currencies planning applications (using the native functionality). It works well except that the only way I found to load rates of currencies is the manual windows in planning.
  
  As I have several applications, I don't want to write the same data manually in each planning application.

  Since version 11, you can use a utility to load the information of fx. Versions before that it is a manual process or you must write something to update tables of fx in the planning.

  In the past, I designed an excel template where you can manage information of fx and then transfer it to the planning of the relational tables, so it is certainly possible to create something, if you are a version earlier than 11.

  I created the table currency by using the option of planning-> Administration-> manage Exchange rates & regenerated, so that the data will be sent to Essbase.
  
  But if I find out to Excel, it does not show the values for HSP_Rate_USD?

  I want to use new in V11 FCL to load exchange rates into the databases of planning. I work at creating a SQL data source XML file.
  I exported an example (current planning Exchange rate = > XML) and he created several folders and files:
  Info/listing. XML
  Info/sourceInfo.xml
  resources / Global artifacts/Exchange Rates / my_Current_Rates1.xml
  resources / Global artifacts/Exchange Rates / my_Current_Rates2.xml
  
  
  
  As I have created Xml manually I will want to know
  (1) are listing.xml and sourceInfo.xml necessary for the import of exchange rate? Or are the xml files in resources / Global Exchange rate/artifacts / sufficient?
  (2) am I obliged to keep this file architecture? (News/resources/Global artifacts...).
  (3) given that I generate the XML (such as my files my_Current_RatesX.xml for example). If I make a few mistakes in the XML file, what happens? Is it possible that a crash my Sql Repository planning mistake?

  I create a Position size in numbers calculator for managing risk in the trading game. More commercial instruments denominated in foreign currencies and to work on what I am risking in Australian dollars, I need exchange rate feed numbers to calculate. Most of the time it would be the rate of exchange between the Australia and the United States. Otherwise, I would have to manually enter the exchange rate.

  You can get a rate of Exchange directly in a cell numbers, where a spreadsheet formula can then access elsewhere in the sheet.

  Here's a script AppleScript to do this, and uses Ruby to request and return the exchange rate of Yahoo. The hypothesis of the AppleScript is that tell you him what cell you want released in the exchange rate, and you already have the open Numbers worksheet.

  Ruby code was borrowed from Github with the assignment of all destinies.

  For item RM, we planned order suggested that the CPHA; before releasing it, we want to change Date of implementation and the amount of order, then output the last modified scheduled released automatically to create the PR in purchases & Payables.

  In order to change the planned orders of RM, we export order planned the Workbench of the CPSA in the worksheet and then change dates, quantity, etc. in the worksheet. We want this change data to insert in the table msc_supplies automatically with manually intervene them and followed by releasing these planned automatically orders to create a PR

  We want to know how to achieve this requirement. We want to know the available custom hook and script to insert record in to msc_supplies.

  We expect steps below:

  (1) export the planned RM command suggested by the CPSA to the spreadsheet or report.

  (2) prepare the csv file with mandorty field as shown below in the table, i.e. date, quantity, etc. and format the data according to the custom intermediate table created.

  (3) custom concurrent requests created, which is used to locate the data file and upload the data to a custom intermediate table.

  (4) of the intermediate table that we are download the same data in the database MSC_SUPPLIES table (make a validation here check) in the same program. After that a manually scheduled commands added to the table of MSC_Supplies and can be found in the CPSA workbench.

  (4) in the same concurrent application of custom, call "automatic rejection" to release these records of the base table of msc_supplies, where release_flag a value of 1.

  We want to know the required fields need to be updated in the staging table custom and the base table:

  I'm under a load of EBS data to load into the ARM using ERPi 11.1.2.2.  The State of charge of data ends and I'm a success, but in the log details of the process, I see this error:

  No periods have been identified for the loading of the data in the table "AIF_EXCHANGE_RATES_STG".

  Where so I put the period mapping to EBS exchange rates?
