  I'm trying to export exchange rate tables in the planning with the following command. Actually I tried the one that posted in the blog of John too, but all orders give the same type of errors.
  Maybe I am doing something wrong that I can not noticed. All entries are greatly appreciated.

• The currency exchange rate table

  How do I configure users to be able to only read the exchange rate table in the planning or Smartview? SmartView the intersection is at the highest level for all formats except the year, the period and the scenario. Or only the administrator will be able to see the exchange rate? Thank you for your time and help

  I donno how easy it is, but just a thought, create a form with a model member of all dimensions, except the scenario and the period...
  have a script that will copy the values of the dummy members for the dimension intersections of storage rates and execution level members to save the form.

  You can export an application exchange rate table and import into another application?
  
  What are the other possible ways to load exchange rates tables in an application? When I searched on the forum I've seen in a post that you could use utility Outline of loading to load the exchange rate Tables.

  I don't think that export work. He gives me errors whenever I have it try. I tired also the command of your blog, but that no longer works. I came this morning to update you on this and the first post I've seen on the planning forum has been a similar problem that had posted by users.

• Import/Export security and also to import exchange rate table in the system 11.1.2

  The requirement is to automate access to a new user. The pain is now that I need to go to the SSP, open each group and add the user to all groups. So if I know how to export a single user (this is a domain user is not a native user) and all its access and import back by changing the user name. This export and import I can avoid all the manual steps.
  
  We are the system 11.1.2. I tried using LCM, but he has the ability to export only native users but not external users. Y at - it no utlity that I can use to export and import in 11.1.2. I know there of one in 11.1.1.3 CSS import/export utliity.

  Yes change the output so, then you can enter.
  Of course, you can do your own input file but just making it easier to understand the format, if you first export.

• Table error decimal exchange rate

  Dear all,
  
  In my traditional application of multi currency I created the exchange rates table in this euro 1 Madagascar Ariary value is 0.000358720; but when I enter this value changes the table shows "- 3.59E - 4.
  
  It affects the value of application conversion when I see the currency consolidated in euros. Pls send the solution to address the problems.

  The only difference is that the patch corrects problems with 11.1.1.3, so if you encounter one of the problems the fix addresses then it should apply.

• Planning of exchange rates

  I created a classic planning application and try to understand the futures for inbuild planning application.
  
  I created the table currency by using the option of planning-> Administration-> manage Exchange rates & regenerated, so that the data will be sent to Essbase.
  
  But if I find out to Excel, it does not show the values for HSP_Rate_USD?
  
  'Entities'-> 'Version'-> 'Currency'-> 'Product'-> 'HSP_Average'-> 'HSP_Rate_USD '.
  
  With the help of the Windows 2003 Server 9.3.1.
  
  Any suggestion would be appreciated

• Can not update exchange rate Type in the Planning Application

  I have a planning multi-currency application that I have synced from our shared Liabrary. I created arrays of currency in our scenarios (Budget rates & real) and entered the end & avearge rate (also deployed the application). However when I run the script of coversion of default currency I don't see the number of converts, but I get the same numbers in the converted currency (which means that the data is copied by other currencies scripts, but are not converted). The shared library shows the Type of exchange rate for the account dimension members, however in the application, I see the disabled Exchange rate Type (watch 'None') field. According to me, the problem of currency conversion is maybe not definition of the Type of exchange rate.
  
  Please help and sugget how to activate (select end/medium) type exchange rate... to members of my account.

• Power of the exchange rate in numbers

  I create a Position size in numbers calculator for managing risk in the trading game. More commercial instruments denominated in foreign currencies and to work on what I am risking in Australian dollars, I need exchange rate feed numbers to calculate. Most of the time it would be the rate of exchange between the Australia and the United States. Otherwise, I would have to manually enter the exchange rate.

  Is it possible to do, if so how? I guess one would use a site like Yahoo Finance!

  You can get a rate of Exchange directly in a cell numbers, where a spreadsheet formula can then access elsewhere in the sheet.

  Here's a script AppleScript to do this, and uses Ruby to request and return the exchange rate of Yahoo. The hypothesis of the AppleScript is that tell you him what cell you want released in the exchange rate, and you already have the open Numbers worksheet.

  Ruby code was borrowed from Github with the assignment of all destinies.

  The request to Yahoo returns a CSV table as [[l1, d1, t1, S, b, a]] where just the last trade price is captured (e.g. [1]). You can reference these and other symbols here:

  I'm under a load of EBS data to load into the ARM using ERPi 11.1.2.2.  The State of charge of data ends and I'm a success, but in the log details of the process, I see this error:

  No periods have been identified for the loading of the data in the table "AIF_EXCHANGE_RATES_STG".

  Where so I put the period mapping to EBS exchange rates?

  Using oracle 11.2.0.3

  We want to clean up the data in some of our existing partitioned table.

  Afetr updates check spped that is too slow for us.

  Current table is partitioned the inetrval compoiste range-hash table.  Also it is compressed - enabled for compression of basis as well

  An interval of 1 month and 1 partition by month and 4 secondary partitions in the partition of ecah.

  You want to create tenp table with the data of celan and exchange the data in this table in the 'dirty' uisng existing partitions partition exchnage.

  Is this possible?

  The plan is

  1) create temporary table containing data for 1 partition (1 month worth of data)

  (2) clean the data here

  (3) create new temporary table with these specific data which compressed and discovered partitioned with 4 secondary partitions

  (4) table 3 for swap partition dirty using partition excahnge.

  I think that this can be done with a combination of Exchange and Split partition partitions. Prior to Oracle 11 g, only way of redefining tables online was DBMS_REDEFINITION package. Now, you can redefine the use of partitions for Exchange & Split. Check

  I have a multi zone planning your application currency output and want to automate the way in which Exchange rates are updated in the application. I want to do it via HAL routine is it possible to do?

  Guys, I have configured the financial analytics and wonder where the exchange rates are taken from? Lets say my Currency1 Global amounts to EUROS and I have data (document or local) in USD.
  
  Where it picks up the exchange rate between two currencies for this period (month, week, day) when I want to see everything by 1 world currency?

  Set you what rate you want to use in the DAC, the default is the corporate rate. to change it, you must change the setting of dac
