  You will need to remove the password from the file (using Acrobat, not reader) before you can convert it to Word. To do this, choose file > properties, and then click the Security tab choose no security in the context menu of the security method and enter the password when you are prompted.

  LRMogrify2 plugin photographers- toolbox.com will give control of the canvas and watermark to achieve the desired result.  It may be easier to work with the text of the border and the watermark as separate items under export Mogrify.  (Mogrify is surprisingly powerful, so may take a little effort to become familiar with.)
