I am a newbie here and have read a lot of posts on the export and found some good information here for the creation of a master http://forums.adobe.com/message/3005601.  But, I am looking for export settings send a 03:30 min. video to a client to download a site Web and you tube which is high resolution but not too large of a file.  I'm looking for other scientists setting used to create this.

  It is a tutorial of SD video with a combination of stills .psd and .jpeg and graphics in After Effects compositions mixed in video sequences.  There are many cross-fade transitions and I get pixelation with the parameters below.  It's a start, but I hope to have a more fluid video for the web at 720 x 480 and 320 x 240.  Any suggestions on the proportions, format file and settings would be appreciated.  The original video is 720 x 480.

I use CS4 PP and PP CS6-test on a new computer, I just built, and I think makes incredibly fast and exports compared to what I am used (just had to brag that)!

  Can someone help me with regard to the export settings suitable for a lot of photos I want to upload to Costco for prints 4 x 6, so that they are not cropped out on their end?

  Should what size I make my export.  I'll export of Lightroom 3.3 to a folder that on my desk, I created and then load the Costco site from there.  Whenever I have seem to Costco, they have to export crops... I've never really mastered elongation and resolutions etc.  Most of my work is displayed numerically, but my friend's wife wants real impressions from our last vacation.

  First of all, you have to crop each photo to an aspect ratio of 4 x 6, using the crop tool. Then export as many pixels you have left after this culture. In other words, don't shrink the picture down at all in the export dialog box.

  I try to use the discrete block of Kalman filter in the control and the Simulation Toolkit for a second order system. I've been through all the example for this block in the examples NOR but most of the examples primarily use a first order system.

  Please consider

  1. confirm that you really want an export of PAL H.264 1920 x 1080 p 50 instead of PAL H.264 1920 x 1080 p 60. But I will proceed with the information using p60

  Under publish + share/computer/AVCHD with Presets = MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080 p 30, you overlook the export settings advanced under the button advanced screening MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080 p 30. You can customize the preset so that you can export H.264 1920 x 1080 p 60.

  In the first 13 items, there are two ways

  1. in the export settings box that opens when you click the button/track advanced by video tab, click Source Match.

  For now, I recommend you this choice since

  a. classically in the earlier version, that this type of approach has not worked

  and

  b. There is not enough evidence to know that he will always work in 13... After each use to ensure that you have found the desired export try it.

  2. I prefer to define the parameters myself - notice the Advanced button in the right sector of the screenshot, in virtue to save it in the field and the video tab selected in the area of the screenshot on the left.

• Adobe Media Encoder not using GPU at all for H.264 encoding

  So I have a strange problem, it seems SOUL refuses to use the GPU for transcoding - I have a minute 9 4 k file I need to transcode and it takes more than an hour on a very fast machine. I tried other formats and files of that specific file and nothing does the GPU at all (using GPU - Z to monitor the load). Specifically trying to get DNxHR or DNxHD files in H.264 VBR 2 pass codec

  Machine: hex 3960K core i7 core cpu - GPU installed: ti 980 GTX / GTX 1080 - 64 GB RAM Win 10 64 pro

  -First pro uses the GPU (actually 1080) for CUDA acceleration video

  -J' tried to disable 1080 GTX in Nvidia with SOUL Panel (setting preference CUDA at 980ti, as I know, pascal is perhaps not compatible yet)

  -J' original CC, no luck tried versions of SOUL

  -J' tried transcoding other types of files in the case where this was a problem of specific file (animation, cineform, etc.) no luck

  My gut tells me it's maybe a CUDA or OpenCL / OpenGL / DLL problem.

  I had CUDA installed 8.0 for use with Octane render, but uninstalled and it makes no difference

  maybe try a CUDA 7.0 installation? that would help? Any other suggestions?

  I think you're under the false impression that the GPU speeds up encoding H.264 exports. It does not, but is a feature that is often requested.

  Encoding is a process that focuses on the CPU in Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. The GPU accelerates certain elements in the entire export process, but not the encoding itself.

  The GPU will accelerate what follows in the export process: scaling, conversion of the image, blending modes, deinterlacing and color space conversion. The GPU will also speed up the processing of GPU based video effects, including the effect of color Lumetri.

  Example:

  • If you are encoding a file of 4K in a file of HEVC H.265 4 K, the GPU acceleration is not involved in the export process because no scaling has been used.
  • If you are encoding a file of 4K in a file, H.264 HD, GPU acceleration is involved in the export process, because the scale was necessary.

  If your GPU is disabled or "grayed out" and he has capable specifications, then this is another problem of troubleshooting.

  When you export unless rename you them, they use to existing file name and are at the mercy of the way in which the operating system displays! The surefire way is only rename them with the same file name and followed by a sequence number in the order you have them in LR!

  However as stated above, exported once, I think, in the end always depends on the sort by / view options of the operating system!

• Can I use SetFld for GenPrint of page banner fields?

  I have a form of page banner with several fields of variable top to display information specific to the batch it is included with (for the area of publication after manipulation). Currently, I put these values by assigning variables of the same name (as fields) in a DAL script called as my BachBannerBeginScript for this batch. The fields on the page banner form/section have a NOOPFUNC rule, so without that happening assign process during script DAL, they are intrinsically worthless. This has worked well so far.

  Now I have a new banner to a different batch/process page, and its purpose is to be a "synthesis report" of sorts, detailing on the banner page of General information about each document included in this batch. I take information from the batch (bch) file, read in an additional external file and aggregate the data in GVMs (to form a table, essentially) during the BatchBannerBeginScript. The problem I have now is that I have an array of variable size (based on the document time in my batch file), but I know I can't use functions allotted to me in GenData, and so I basically have to predefine as many instances of the section (if I make a report by section line) or field (if I make an article with all instances of the field about it) that I think are possible (max-scenario essentially).

  However, after that I have my article/fields defined, I always use DAL script to populate these fields. I tried to use SetFld to fill, but values do not appear in my output, leading me to believe this rule function does not work in GenPrint. Is there a better way to put all these fields that explicitly assign each instance of a field? I'd rather have a few moments in a loop that takes to a PTC instance and assigns a variable field name than to have hundreds of assign statements where I assign explicitly each possible field.

  Yes you can. In fact, it is not a rare thing to do. You just need to use the script associate banner option to identify the DAL routine to perform to make your mapping. This assumes that you have already enabled support for printing banner page. Say that the lot will have the script is the CLIENT, he would do something like this:

  TransBannerBeginScript = MyScript.DAL

  I'm reasonably sure that you can declare a global script by using this same option under the < printer=""> group.  That would run on any package recipient who does not otherwise specify a different script.

  You can manage this through the "Manage scene numbers" option in the menu 'Production '.

  There is a setting in this dialog box to assign scene numbers automatically to the new scenes.

• Lightroom suddenly will not export JPEG for me more

  I just spent 3 days post processing almost 1,000 photos in Lightroom, finally have everything as I want it and suddenly Lightroom will not export JPEG for me more.

  The dialog box appears that says 'Export files 854'... but goes not past the first file... it is just there quietly and I see that it is not doing anything.

  Thought maybe it was all just too many... but when I select only a hand-full of images... it does the same thing.

  Perhaps thought I watered my catalog, so I created a new catalog and imported the photos of the old catalog... no change.

  Thought, maybe my whole plant is watered since that last to this day with the terrible import changes... so I uninstalled LR CC (using the uninstall program) including the preferences... and then reinstalled.

  Nothing works.

  I still have 5 Lightroom on my computer, and I could import these files in there and re - treat everything there and then export... but I just spent 3 days of treatment of these images, don't want to lose it again 3.

  I have a Macbook Pro running with a 2.6 GHZ Intel Core i7, 8 GB ram and 1 GB on the NVIDIA GPU, Yosemite and management of SSD drives... According to the requirements of the system my machine should have no problem to launch Lightroom (and I have never so far)

  I tried to uncheck the 'show 'Add Photos' screen', and the deactivation of the GPU acceleration... but nothing worked.

  I ended up back at 2015.1.1 and now life is good.
