  I made a document in InDesign (a photo album). Initially, the paper was 100 pages with about 150 photos. All images are in JPEG, 300 dpi resolution and the average size of the images is about 5 MB.

  I exported a pdf file of all the documents with the following main features:

  -Format: Adobe PDF (Print)

  -No compression of the image (as I already have directly with the image file in jpeg format)

  I expected a file between 750Mo and 1 GB but InDesign generated a 3.5Go file.

  To better understand what goes wrong, I did a document with only 1 photo of 5 MB and I generated a PDF by using the same characteristic: I received a 35 MB file! I don't understand why the file is so large (and much larger than the image itself).

  How can I generate a pdf file without compression of images and of a size consistent with the size of the images (for example: close to 5 or 6 MB in the previous example, and between 750Mo and 1 GB for the full document)?

  Of course, I can put in the compress to JPEG compression option and actually, I get a lighter file 2.5 MB for the document of a page, but I really want to avoid compression as the document must be sent to be printed by a professional to make a book. I also generate a paper version pdf 1.4 (requested by the printer).

  I think you are badly understand how compression works. Once you have a compressed file via jpeg compression artifacts are definitely cooked in the file. If you place the jpeg and export uncompressed all pixels are exported, and you have lost compression savings. If you care about quality place .psds (conversion from JPEG to psd will not help because the artifacts are in pixels), and then do the compression to export. The compression artifacts you would get with a maximum quality will not appear in the press.

  Short answer, there is no simple "export to iPhone", but if you just want to have a movie that you can watch on your iPhone, you just send an attachment by e-mail (other than the .avi) and save it to your phone.

  Alternatively, you can use dropbox in option.

  With an application, you can mount your iPhone as an external drive. (see iExplorer)

  Also: Check SOUL h264 variations before you send it to yourself.  There are presets for the compression of the iPhone.

  in place of the image files EPS PhotoShop, InDesign is able to calculate the effective PPI.

  Not in the links Panel, but with its preflight feature.

  

  Here is an example for some parameters with a preflight profile.

  Note: The values are examples. Insert values that correspond to your needs.

  

  Set your minimum values high enough and you will be reported on each value effective ppi for every PhotoShop image placed in your document.

  In my view, an expected behavior would be to calculate the effective ppi for PhotoShop EPS images in the links Panel.

  Like preflight display, it can be done.

  To export PDF to pptx files, you must have the Adobe PDF or Acrobat package installed on your system.

  Using export to PDF format, you will not be able to convert a pptx file...

  I'm working on PC, Windows 7, InDesign of CS5. I had several problems with executives of color filled not appearing is not in the preview of an exported pdf file, different file, same problem. The files 'prints' very well. For example, I have a page that contains a logo, two lines of text in the Arial font, two photo .jpg (CMYK) and a background color solid process.   I solved it! I had to use the original URL shorter links to create

  functional hyperlinks or try to short the links using Google URL Shortener.

  I don't know why it worked by doing this, but he did!

  This was a known problem in Acrobat. Export PDF to other formats currently does not support right to left languages. In fact, I reported this as a bug inside Adobe a few years ago...
