Export the comp from the AE for Final Cut

Hi all

I need help with a project I'm working on that.  I am doing a video project in which I have to do a few titles.  Normally I use all the stuff from adobe for my video editing, but for this project that I am obliged to do the editing in final cut.  now the problem... I do the titration in Adobe After Effects and I'm trying to export this model in final cut.  Now, the way I do it is... .i would export my AE comp into a .mov doc and then import this file in the final cut.  What I like is that I get to the .mov files by default.  Is there a way I can make the background transparent?  I do two different compositions for my text and my origins... The bottom has transferred on perfectly... the layout of the text is that I get the default background.

Hope that all makes sense...

Help, please... Thank you.

You can create a QuickTime movie that includes an alpha channel (transparency information). The standard QuickTime codecs that supports an alpha channel are Animation and PNG.

in the section "Specify QuickTime compression settings" After Effects help:

«Choose Millions of colors + if quality 24-bit color and you want your composition background to be transparent (to include an alpha channel).» The composition background color is ignored. Only Animation and none can take on the color depth of Millions of colors +.

Choose Millions of colors, if you want a quality 24 - bit color, but to include the background color of your publication (without alpha channel). »

  • Modeler cannot export the DDL for databases Oracle (only work for DB2 databases).

    Hello

First of all, I'm sorry for my English, I'm French.

I'm new with Oracle tools. I have my database with the DataModeler deisgned.

Before that I've got my schema versioning I could export the schema to DDL Server Oracle 12.

But since I have version control with Subversion I can only export to DB2 databases (screenshot follows):

    Exporting to Oracle databases?

    Thank you.

Well, unzip to the new directory doesn't mean a new facility because it is the same version and DM will use existing preferences - you must remove the directory with the preferences. For DM 4.0.2.840 this directory on my Win7 is:

    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Oracle SQL Developer data Modeler\system4.0.2.840

After starting DM you must check "System Data Type Directory" "preferences > Data Modeler" - it should be empty or point to the directory with valid files - defaultRDBMSSites.xml and types.xml.

Posted the picture shows that these files are correct or not existing in the directory defined in your preferences

  • Why still burn my project to DVD very well, but it crashes when you export the menus for Blu - ray?

I use Encore CS6, running on Windows 8. How did the menus load properly when rendering of the DVD, but seem to crash when I try to create a Blu - ray player yet? Please note that this also happens when I just creates an image file.

Start with an empty menu from again. Open it in Photoshop then drop all of the assets of the old menu in this new.

    Save and return again.

Do the same for the DVD.

    See how it will work.

  • Export the spreads for printing French fold

Hello, I have a book in InDesign I want to print french fold. I put it in place in a traditional way, as follows:

    Scan4.jpeg

But I would like to be able to export as spreads. as follows:

    Scan4 2.jpeg

(Rather than the traditional pasta spread that would be page 1 by itself, then pages 2 and 3 together.)

I know if my paper was that of 6 pages, simply unlock all master items and move all pages second to do the plan would work, but my book is about 250 pages, not 6).

Does anyone know of a simple way to do this? Or a script that reorganizes the "spreads" for you? Or a plugin for this?

    Thank you!

Create a new document and use the file > options show and the Place to import all the pages - then place the pages where you want.

  • Exporting from After Effects to Final Cut Pro

    Hello

Could someone tell me the best way to export to After Effects, in the Final Cut Pro? This I must have Automatic Duck for this, if yes which?

    Thanks for any help!

    Matt

You must add your composition to the queue made and then export to the same format and codec you use in FCP. Automatic Duck is a great tool for your FCP or motion to enter into After Effects timelines, but most of the time I simply select an item in the PCF, export it as a sequence of reference, put in AE for treatment, then make a file to use as a substitute for the CPF.

Search by effects Final Cut Workflow and you'll find some more tips including this one. It is not bad for the body, but it misses the point to use the same codec. All my FCP projects are ProRez HQ or 444 ProREZ it's my choice. Also, if you use the shooting together, which isn't a bad idea, you can use the option to replace footage in FCP that is more effective that technique demoed drag your shot made in the timeline and then cut if necessary.

    I hope this helps.

  • Cannot open the project on final cut pro :(

Hey guys, I have a big problem.
I edited a video which is about 1h30m and using the function "Multicam clip", and successfully made and made a DVD. but unfortunately I need the second edition. Then I opened the library file, click the project, Final Cut Pro X continuous loading and close unexpectedly, and another project to another event works normally. anyone with the same problem? I need to send it to my tmr customer

p.s. I deleted the file, preferably according to most of the Q & A.

What version of FCP are you running? If it's the 10.1 or later, projects are in the events that are contained in libraries.

If 10.1 or later, is the DVD project that does not open in the same library as the project is open? Or they in different libraries

  • Plugins for final cut PRO

    Dear Sir

I had problems with the FCC after downloading a few plugins of Pixel film studio. FCP started working very slowly.

Any suggestions? I don't have any experience in this field.

    Help, please

Thanks in advance for the help

    Jack

First: turn off background rendered (Final Cut Pro menu > Preferences > reading > render > background made - uncheck - la.)

Some plugins (models, etc.) are very processor intensive and they will be a "bear" to work with. The best thing to do if you really want to use them when you use them, choose View > better performance (the view menu is at the top right of the Viewer/canvas area.) That's the best you're going to get out of FCPX. You can force just render the plugin according to the needs (select the clip or generator plugin, title, etc. and type-R Option to start rendering) and will provide the best reading of the effect, but you should be prepared to wait for it to go before playing through it.

  • Export a Final Cut Pro XML file problem any translation problem

When I export the XML pro final cut, there is always a problem of translation like this "Transition... not translated, chained <>used instead."

Most of type transition can cause translation problems, except the wipe and cross dissolve.

Is there any body know the reason? Is it OK?

Also, I use the trial version of cs5

    Hey Ani_,.

I work for a long time with Adobe products and generally when you encounter an error that has nothing to with an XML file export problem its due to such things as the effects you may have added in, color correction, bland Crusaders or any type of video transitions between clips. Don't forget that your workflow must be

Import your videos into Premiere Pro
Name your clips (help to find things later)
Place the clips on the timeline in the order you want (DO CUP that DO not add anything, transitions effects color nothing)
Then once all of your clips are placed on the timeline in your voucher order you then EXPORT > Final Cut Pro XML

Now you can put this in other programs for adjustment of colors, or whatever it is you do.  You will find there is no error on export.

Once your fact is do what you do for the clips in another program (for example: the Divinci Resolve color adjustment) you can then export to your main project, and then add your effects and transitions.

  • Final Cut - use of copyright

Can I use the titles, transitions, sound effects, etc. for a video based on the market, of course make a credit on the video for "Final Cut, a software of Apple Inc." -?

The license agreement is a little vague, using words such as - 'personal use' and 'use at home. The conditions for commercial use seem a bit vague to the components of the software, but I guess I can too long as it is not on a base independent (license Ilife 2.c). There is a paragraph in the Ilife license agreement in accordance with article 1.

'Rights in and to any intellectual property displayed or available through the Apple software is the owner of respectful content' - etc.

This makes muddy things as titles, sound effects, transitions, etc. If someone has a clear answer to this, I appreciate it.
