  I'm not going to tell you, I have THE solution, but this is the place that you can check: your video driver.  See if it has been updated recently?  If so, you can restore it.

  2. Click on graphics cards
  3. Right click on your map and choose Properties
  4. Click on the driver tab
  5. Click on Roll back driver
  6. Restart

  Or, the driver may need an update.  WARNING: do not use one of these driver update sites that you find on the net.  Use only your OEM or the manufacturer of the video card for drivers.  Sometimes Windows Update will offer driver updates.  Sometimes fine, sometimes not work.

• InDesign, export to PDF (print) add white text?

  I work with a document in InDesign (latest version cc) and I'm trying to print to PDF for printing.  When I export as Adobe PDF (Print), the text comes out with a white highlight that isn't in the original file (see photo below).  This problem occurs only with the export to pdf option. print directly to PDF or export to jpg, it doesn't happen.  Can anyone shed light on what is happening here?

• Problem exporting to jpg

  Probably a newbie question, but I am confused.

  I created a RGB AI file which consists of an image with text superimposed on this topic. The text is pale yellow (254,254,179). Everything works fine until I have the export in JPG format. When I do, the yellow text becomes white. Photo, style text, which all remain exactly as planned in GOT it, but the text always becomes white. I ran experiments, and this does not occur if the color is, say, a red or a blue.

  What is going on? How can I fix it?

  I tried a text with your color and used save for web jpeg (low) then tried exporting to jpg and worked well.

  Open your .jpg in photoshop trying to move your pipette set to 1 pixel on the image. Mine is back with 253 250 180 on the low quality of jpg. The color moves when recording to .jpg for compression and changes of poor quality the most. Your profile monitor calibration settings and color can be part of the problem. Try changing your Illustrator > edit > colorsettings to:

  So I have a PSD with layers. I run a script to export to export all layers as PNG8 because I want to preserve transparency. However, the size of the file with PNG24 is way too big for the web, while supporting alpha transparency. During export, I get a ugly white line stroke around each image. In my export script, I don't have the ability to set the matte color of the image of the export to the Web page BG Color, so I wonder if there is a way to automatically or manually remove this area of transparency which makes it very well under PNG24, but bad GIF and PNG8 formats?   Hmm have you tried to reinstall / recover the laptop to see if it helps to solve this problem?
  In my opinion you should try it because it could be a problem in the system.

  Otherwise if new system installation / restore does not help you, it could be a malfunction of the equipment.

  It looks like problems with the lcd screen.
  to me it looks loke a defective cable and / or a bad inverter.
  do not open the cover of the display until you know what you're doing and you have no guarantee on this machine more...
  This inverter is a dangerous thing! It produces a high for the lighttube voltage.
  If it is still warranty on this unit, better consult a servicepartner, there also the spareparts right...
  If you want to do it by yourself... Keep in mind, it can be dangerous!
  Make sure no powersource is connected to your system and battery is taken out.
  Maybe it could be a loose cable...

  Solved thanks for the suggestion! I used an HDMI cable to a TV and downloaded the latest AMD graphics driver from the HP Web site. Once finished downloading the file, my screen is is relit and worked fine since. Thank you once again!

  Just to clarify , when your screen turns white and reappears, the icons reappear also? and do you not see that set the desktop background or the taskbar? that it could be as simple as restarting the Explorer process in the Task Manager.

  I also tried to reset the monitor according to the instructions of the manual by pressing keys 1 and 4, but as the monitor does not appear, I couldn't see anything.

  The monitor did briefly revived properly after one of my attempts back manually, but the after turning on and the new to check if the problem itself had set the monitor returned to the not displaying no not again.

  Can anyone help or point me in the right direction on how to fix it?
