Export to PDF and print the same color swatch - different variations of color on printed documents

I have several documents - they all get to the top in the same way.

I have 2 or 3 shades in each of them - namely Rubine Red gives me a problem - it's the same shade in all the documents!

Here's my color settings - exactly the same in each document - I also used profiles 'convert' and made sure all is exactly the same.

When I export to PDF - export looks great - and all colored frames appear exactly the same - and they give the same exact color read outs in any profile I have watch in preflight Manager

CMYK reading is 4/20/99/0 in all mailboxes

Can someone help me with this?

The printer I use is a XeroxColorQube using the PS driver.

Windows 7

Adobe InDesign CS5.5

Looking at your PDF fills the area is all the same RGB values (so you will never get the 0 | 100 | 15 | 4 process CMYK output value will show you to the #1). The upper area has its overlay set to false and the other 3 have overprint set to true, then it may be that your Xerox printer is not happy with the different RGB overprints.

  • How can I export to PDF for printing Offset, including colors and grayscale of the photo?

After reading dozens of forum, I not yet found the answer.

I made a photo album with full-colur and b & w photos for Offset print. I want to be for the b & w grayscale avoid the hues of colors possible. It seems that InDesign does not support the shades of gray, how images become dark. Even with export without any conversion of color or the destination and/or including profiles of original colors, the images are exported to obscurity as a PDF to grayscale.

How can I export to PDF for printing Offset, including colors and grayscale of the photo?

Yes, Photoshop & ID CMYK working spaces are the same

This can become difficult because 3 programs manage proofing differently.

Work spaces don't matter, document profiles that handle the preview. So here's the same image in grayscale, placed in the ID on the top and PS on the bottom. I put my info in Photoshop to display the profile of doc in the lower left corner. I can see the profile of my InDesign CMYK Document in my test format (CMYK work is different and is not used). The two profiles are actually the same coated FOGRA39 (Black Ink FOGRA in the case of the PS).

But the previews do not match because I disabled, so the preview InDesign is Gamma 2.2 or a "screen" media preview overprinting.

If I turn on overprint preview, I get a match because I'm soft proofing for printing:

  • Develop module, 1:1 and export don't look the same, color questions

    Hello world

I use the latest version of Lightroom (3.6 if I'm not mistaken) and I am facing a problem very uncomfortable with the develop module.

I adjusted with precision each luminance of the color and saturation, so it looks pretty good in the preview to develop (made to fit) and did an export...

The preview that I worked on and export just don't look the same.

I work with files my DSLR digital D3100 from NIKON on an OSX Mac NAVE 10.7 MBP.

This may be the external display profile is not properly adjusted because I looked at all the images on the same screen.

I unchecked all boxes from the preset in the settings window tab.

Here are some screenshots and exports.

Good look in the module development (left) and the actual export of the same photo (right)

Please note that I have not activated an option for correction of lens and adjusted any color. This is the RAW file and its direct export.

I hope this can be fixed or I'm doing something wrong.

A few days before today I used Camera RAW of PS CS5 to correct my NAVE and maintaining only to exports to JPEG. I decided to use LR 3 on my entire workflow and I'm skeptical...

Ah yes and please forget all mystake alone in my post, I'm a french student.

    Thank you!

EDIT: I can meet any required file or the screenshot if necessary. I have a few other photos with the same problem (lots of those indeed...)

EDIT 2: I found the image has made many more colors acurate (relative to export ones) in the library preview module (magnifying glass I guess)

The previews in the library are are on JPEGs in a smaller color space.

adobeRGB. Not in prophotoRGB, which is space (with linear gamma, but which)

is a detail) used to develop. To make the point, you see the more accurate color

in general, but you must be aware that not all destinations can actually

reproduce these colors. There is also still the color noise reduction

question, you can only see to develop at the 1:1. In the library, because it is

made a jpeg file, the color noise reduction is applied at each zoom

level images etc. like this, which tends to desaturate the colors. My guess

is that this is probably a problem of range. You can check receives in

Photoshop for adobeRGB profile. The orange on the trees is probably

    always out of gamut.

That said, how do you calibrate? You should use a Spyder, Huey Pro,

i1Display, Colormunki or similar to calibrate the screen if you want to

    believe what you see.

  • I am getting color blocks when my video is not playing and the export will go out with the same blocks

    Hi all

First Pro CC worked fine on my Macbook Pro the week and last week, he has a problem. I get an image blurred when the video does not play, but when he plays he is clearly going. I can work with that, but the problem is that when I export, I get the same image blurred. I uninstalled the program including the settings and get installed yet and still the same problems.

  • PDF is not the same aspect in Acrobat 10.1.8 and 11.0.04

Since the installation of Adobe Creative cloud I ran this question a couple of times.

If I open the same pdf file in Acrobat X and XI Acrobat I get different results on screen and when you print to a color printer.

In the screenshot I attached the left side is the pdf file in Acrobat 10.1.8 and right the same pdf in Acrobat 11.0.04.

Any ideas on how to get the same result? The way she looks in Acrobat 10.1.8 is correct.

  • Do plan and background of the same color

Is there a simple way to make the foreground and background color to the same color?

The color eyedropper tool only allows you to choose between foreground and background samples collection or separately.

I want to sample a color and use this sample of foreground and background.

Otherwise, it is very difficult to match the two colors.

I found a way to do it:

I can move to the foreground or background selection and select this color in the menu background.

  • PS do not show the same colors and LR

LR and PS now showing the same colors

I do most of my work in LR and then edit in PS. When the image is displayed in PS it appears same as LR - I can show both applications side by side and the images are the same... As it should be.

If I then save the image in PS (under a new name) then refresh LR, I see different colors in the new image in LR. It is more obvious (for the moment) in the pictures with a lot of red wines. It seems that the saved image of the PS appears a bit lighter in LR than the original.

I sRGB in use everywhere - in the camera, LR, PS-I tried with GPU acceleration on and outside.

I'm now getting annoyed that I can't find the cause.

I edited as PSD and TIFF and problems remain.

I don't remember having this problem before, so I saw my recent updates.  LR and PS have been updated. My video drivers have been updated so I their income with no improvement.

I even saved JPG from LR and PS: the outputs are different, even if I do any changes.

    Clues?

I solved my problem (the following tips on another thread)...

I had defined LR in order to apply the auto tone when new images are added.

It is fine when I load the original of the camera... but also to apply the auto tone to the acquired images of Psalm

So, I edit in PS, save it... then, when imported LR / synchronize the image, automatic tone applied Informatics and it changed. This explains how LR and PS display different images.

It is a setting that I recently activated and not a problem with the LR or PS

Why have all my colors suddenly changed - from white to cream yellow and all the other colors in the same way?

This looks strangely like the good old 'false monitor via Windows Update profile'. If the selector of color shows the cream when it should be white, that's all.
