Extended warranty: no email confirmation

I bought a toshiba M40X-250 (1 year warranty) and the extended warranty (1 to 3 years old) yesterday. I recorded the two guarantees yesterday and asked for a confirmation by e-mail. I have still not received any email from toshiba.

Is this normal? How can I check if my warranty is registered with toshiba?

Can I stop my laptop asking me to register the warranty? (I did on another computer... In fact, my laptop is is still not connected to the internet)

If you want to retrieve information about the registration of the guarantee, please call the hotline or Toshiba info in your country. They will verify the serial number of the unit and approve if the guarantee is extended with success. This is a problem, you can do it on the phone.

AFAIK the Toshiba computers laptops don t ask any record of security. This service is mandatory. Please check if it may be a registry of Microsoft.

    Your old notebook must be removed from the database of Toshiba.
    Try to contact Toshiba reuse this mail. Maybe they need several days for a response.

    To be honest, this is strange. Many people have two or more laptops from Toshiba and must be able to register extension notebook or guarantee for each of them. for this reason I can't imagine that you are not able to register the second book and extended warranty for it.
