• PC iMac moving music, game County question

  So I used Windows PC my whole life. Whenever I get a new PC I simply dmow load iTunes and copy the music together on the itunes folder the new PC. It keeps all my ratings and play counts. I'm giving serious thought to get a Mac for the first time in its history. Instead of the copy method I can just connect on itunes top and select my library of game/iCloud? Then, I'll look to download my music in there at my ease. But what I really want to know is it will download my ratings of songs and my game account? This information is stored in the cloud. I want that my PC and Mac to get the same charges

  I would recommend even when the library manually copy to ensure you get everything, but sides and game counties appear to be transferred. I can see them when I activate iCloud music library into a new library of empty test.

I have a game GTA 4 I want to install and play on my laptop and the forum of windows it is shown that this game is compatible with windows 8, but the game shows that your system is not compatible during the installation. Requirements minimum for the game is graphics card 512 MB, 1 GB of ram and 16 GB of hard drive space and all that is in my laptop but it has a compatibility problem with windows 8. How to start the game on my laptop or make it compatible with windows 8, please help and answer me soon.

  I found a YouTube video that covers installing the game on Windows 8 by using the compatibility and disk mode.  Here is the link.  This is the method you tried to install the game using the styling?  If Yes, what is the error you receive?  If this isn't what you tried, let me know the result.

• Office Live question of Silverlight

  Have had Silverlight installed for more than a year without problem.  Recently connected to live Office and got a message suggesting a silverlight download.  My assumption was that it was an update.  Download failed several times.  Checked Add/Remove programs and what are there.  Next option was to uninstall/reinstall.  This attempt was abandoned because silverlight.msi was not found.  Silverlight download is an executable, and then, how do I point the uninstall process in a silverlight.msi file?

  This has happened on a XP machine and so I think that it is appropriate to post here.  Advice requested

  First of all I suggest you install Silver light version 4 on the computer and check if the problem persists.

  If the problem persists, then try completely uninstalling the light silvery computer then reinstall and check if it works.

• Game live and recorded with streamType = dvr?

  I use my own custom (with the DVRCAST application) DVR Player, but is considering moving to the OSMF/Strobe player.  In my custom player, a DVR workflow currently being listened to, I allow the Viewer to jump to the beginning of the stream, when the stream of data that corresponds to the direct current point in time, or jump at any time between the two.

  He plays with the player strobe connected to my DVR stream, if I set the streamType DVR live but show a scrub bar that you might think do you jump to the previous points in the flow, but it doesn't let you do this.  If I set the streamType registered, it will allow you to move to any point in the workflow, but it does not take in with where the end of the stream is automatically.  However, you can force it to refresh where the end of the stream is by moving the current position on the bar of scrub anywhere and then you can drag the current position on the bar of scrub at the end of the scrub bar and you will be about to the point of living in the stream.

  While this approach can be used like this, I wonder if the streamType = dvr feature behaves as expected or if you should be able both to watch the live stream gold watch at a given time in the file to archive .f4v (as you can with streamType = registered).  I would like ideas on that.

  I keep getting a Shrinker.err error message when you try to run my educational software on XP. It was runnning fine for months before with no problems. Now all educational software do not start. • Corrupt the game folder

  My PC:
  Win 7 ultimate N 64-bit
  Intel i7-860
  8g RAM
  1 TB HARD DRIVE

  My problem:
  When I try to manually add a link to the game folder by dragging the .exe file or a shortcut to the folder nothing happens.

  Initially I had AOE III, Fallout 3 and other games installed. They worked perfectly and has appeared in the "Games" folder in the start menu.

  I went to open today and the AOE III and Fallout 3 had disappeared from the folder 'games '. All other games are always present and working.

  Currently, I can always hide and restore the hidden games. Microsft update can add files in the game folder. He did so today by installing an update for windows live games after that this problem occurred.

  I noticed that in "start > all programs > games" pointers to the Games folder all files appear with their targets, with the exception of AOE III and Fallout 3 "» When I click with the right button on their respective folders and go to properties there is an empty space for target. That's because their goals do not exist in the folder of the game, and there is no shortcut.

  The games in question are still installed and work properly otherwise.

  I think that this problem is related to a corruption with the game folder.
  Rights at least pointers to the files .exe for the game, possibly in writing for the program which prevent the user additions.

  Ive tried to find the solution but I've hit a wall.

  You can run 2 methods to check whether the problem is resolved.

  Method 1: System Restore

  Check if the games are listed in the Games folder, after the restoration of the system

  So, I use a Yoga 2 Pro. I love this laptop / Tablet what you want to call it, but the biggest problem I always seem to have is related to video games. I realize this isn't a game system, but it would be nice to play some.

  The game I'm most interested in playing is civilaztion 5. CIV 5 joined in the tactile controls game great and works great as a game of Tablet. However, because screen super high resolution of the Yoga 2 Pro, I am unable to run the game in full resolution. The best compromise is 1600 x 900. The issue is that launch the game with the forces of active controls touch game live x 11 mode. Direct X 11 mode, running at a resolution not standard messes with scaling of display. So I find myself with a small box centered in the middle of the screen surrounded by black bars, instead of the lowest resolution, the scale of the display.

  There is a work around, which is to introduce the resolution 1920 x 1080 via the Panel of control intel everything first before running the game, but it is a pain.

  This seems to be a driver problem, but lenovo does not seem to care never update of drivers as the latest drivers that seem to all come from October or November. I tried to install the intel drivers directly from Intel (which should work fine), but lenovo clearly has some block put in place to prevent the installation of unauthorized drivers.

  So if anyone knows a solution to my problem or a way to install these drivers, that would be great, thanks!

  Go to Device Manager, display driver and from there uninstall the driver currently installed. You will then be able to install the new Intel display driver. :-)

  May need to restart before and after...

  Not sure if the latest drivers will solve the problem you have.

  It is not a problem to switch to a different resolution, it of just a few clicks, but to change the scale display so requires you to close the session, which is a chore. If the game does not need to change the display scale you use a resolution of 3200 x 1800 so you can just temporarily change resolution each time you play the game...
