Failed to contact HP for support!

Recently, I moved countries (from to .de .at) and went to buy ink cartridges. The former his (564) was ' nt available for my C6380 all-in, but was the 364 would be nice. I am absolutely frustrated at the moment, all I wanted to do was print upward a prompt for my daughter take tomorrow schoo.

Can someone from HP, please contact me to help me preferably region unlock my printer so I don't have to go through this again next time, or find some sort of alternative.
