Thank you for your help

The issue in the original screenshot, is that your web service component specification http instead of https.  Maybe you got past that now, but if not, change it should allow you to connect.

I downloaded the SP3 of XP on a USB to update an XP computer that is not connected to the internet.  The computer cannot read the file, any suggestions on a download that will help you... the file is a. ISO file

    Hello

Install SP3 by downloading and running from...

    http://www.Microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=24

You can ignore the text which says that it is for network installations and also ignore the text informing Windows/Microsoft Update If a single update of a PC.

It is an executable file (.exe) that must just run and install, i.e., it is not an iso file that will be used to create a CD which included the executable.

Just like the iso file, it can be saved to a Flash DRIVE on another PC before running on the PC to update.

So try and get up-to-date with the Windows updates.

Your use of the word "files" (in the plural) still makes me believe that you have not checked the permissions on the folder that is appropriate (in the singular).

You must determine the Destination of the Lightroom Import dialog window Panel and see which folder Lightroom is really tr6ing to copy photos in (which may have been accidentally changed and is not what you may have used in the past) and change the permissions to write to this folder.

my download install when it reads the file "missing acroread.msi '.  How to do this?

    Hi tedm81099702

First of all, I'm no expert, but I had exactly the same problem and did the following.  It worked for me:

First go to this site: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/11.x/11.0.10/en_US/

From this link I downloaded/installed the previous version of the US 11.0.10 of the drive.  Don't panic when it does not work... It gives the same error, BUT click Browse for button location and the AcroRead.msi file appears (should in any case).  Click top and then OK...

After I installed the previous version, I then installed the new version of Acrobat Reader DC from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC install for all versions

It removes the old version and install.  I hope this helps!

Also, all my other media playing programs read the video but are rather "lag". I think the problem is that I already used a program to download torrents called 'BitTorent' and maybe this has used up all my bandwidth or processing speed? Not really sure but would really like it if I could still use WMP and I'm looking for resolution to my problem?

  • Cannot import files - said "cannot read the files.

Hi all!  I just finished a session with my Nikon D610 and when I tried to import photos that Lightroom tells me that it is impossible to read the files.  It is the second time this has happened to me.  Finally, he just started a first time around, but not for a couple of weeks of work. I don't have that long this time.  Any suggestions? Thank you!

The error message "Unable to read file" is pretty bad of foreground. What this really means is that Lightroom is unable to 'write' files.

Check your Destination folder in the import dialog box. He must have all the read/write permissions and be on an internal or connected external hard drive and with enough space.

I assume that your version of Lr is compatible with the D610.
