  Make sure that the index.html file referenced in your config.xml file has exactly the same name as the index.html file in your application.  You list all of your files with the 'I' for 'Index.xml' in capital letters.  The Tablet OS applies a case-sensitive file system.

I would just go back to my Vista OEM install. I have access to another computer, but it is an Apple and prefer if I didn't use this option unless it makes it easier.   the .jad files are not usable on the Z10, as the BlackBerry10 devices no longer use the traditional OS based on Java that you had on the 9900. These old applications will not work on the Z10.
