Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.

NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:

ISO Burner:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html

It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.

You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.

It is NOT a disc of resettlement.

And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.

See you soon.

  • The failure of the Installation Windows 10

This is the only error I get. I have the latest drivers, did a clean boot with no agenda and still get the same error. There are a lot of crazy ideas on how to do, but none of them worked (for example, setting the date by day in the future)

Does anyone have an idea, what could be the cause as the technical support of Microsoft is worth nothing.

    I thought about it.

I checked the error log that was created during the installation to fail. He said that my computer name is invalid. The name of my computer's Proxy. It seems that Microsoft does not like names like the one used by your computer. I tested this by renaming my computer system and there still not with the same name is not valid error. Then, I changed the name of the computer to Nitro and the installation worked perfectly. After all this time and effort, I am happy that I thought about it.

    Hello

Well, Stefan has suggested that the recovery CD is corrupt, but for me it s does not erase if you used a recovery CD or the Microsoft Windows CD.
    What did you use?

I think that the recovery CD should be corrupted and it works without any problem.
You format the HARD drive correctly? Otherwise, do it first and delete all partitions and try reinstalling the operating system.

    Hi Ian,

It seems that your username has faced a form of this question. In his case, there are several places of Windows (probably my pictures, My Documents, etc.) pointing to an inaccessible network location: \\.psf\home\*

This is a limitation of many installers of Windows which must validate all paths to system at installation time. I hope that your user can make this accessible network location or, if not, change the system paths to point to something else to change in HKEY_CURRENT_USER folders.
