  So far I didn't test these actions, but if you have administrative rights, maybe it's possible to delete certain partition and without changing the ability to create a new.

  Ripped files are automatically added to the Windows Media Player library. On the computer, the files are in the folder specified on the tab extract music from the Options dialog box. You can change the folder at any time, but it can not be removed from monitored by Windows Media Player.

  I suggest you to create folders separated external hard disk (wav) files ripped to mp3 so that you can monitor folders separately.

  I just moved a folder from one drive to another.  The move was not serious, but the original folder was still there!  Then I tried to remove it manually, but I got the message "access denied."  I tried to change the property, but the system indicated "Unable to set new owner" on the record.  I have full administrator privileges, of course.

  What can I do next?

  Good morning Aman Alam:

  If you want an OS solution, try one of these three commands:

  remove the link

  delete

  _rmdir

  In the documentation, the last is the one who is explicitly supported for the deletion of records.

  If you want to stay in the SDK, try creating an IdFichier with the path of the file, and then using the delete command.  It should look like this:

  PMString MyFolderPath ("C:\\abc\\def\\ghi");

  IdFichier MyFile (MyFolderPath);

  MyFile.Delete ();

  The comments in the header to say that if you want to delete a folder this way, it must be empty, and if the folder is not empty to use CoreFileUtils::DeleteDirectory ().

  If these files are located in the Program files (x 86), then they are probably associated with installed programs. You must ensure that all associated programs are uninstalled before you delete this file.

  When you delete an entity from the software library, it is marked as deleted, but not actually deleted. To remove it completely, you must purge the software library. The action menu on the administration page of software library should show this option.
